I called on a Saturday because my daughter's hot water heater was not working. Jason was extremely responsive, checked to see if he had parts for this unit before making a service call, and had the unit fixed within a couple of hours. The charge was reasonable and he explained everything. Would recommend him.

Tony did an amazing job fixing things at my parents home! He has come twice on two separate occasions and he has always been so professional, kind, and speedy! We recommend this company and especially Tony!

I made the mistake of using a well known competitor when I first bought my house but AFTER they stripped a bolt causing me to have to replace a water heater that wasnt broken , I just wanted to know how to relight the pilot if it went out, I searched for another plumber

MARK & crew are honest trustworthy gentlemen. Now I ONLY use Central plumbing. I've had them out for air conditioning, heating and water leaks in the last 2 yrs and not once have I been disappointed in their services. Robert Tafoya of Wagner installed a new water heater after my 12 year old heater failed. He was able to complete the installment in a single day to my complete satisfaction, and Robert was very courteous, knowledgeable and patient in advising me of my options and providing a reasonable cost estimate. Once he completed the installation, he took the time to teach me how all of the heater worked and answer any questions that I had. He cleaned area thoroughly, leaving it cleaner than it was when he started. I'm very pleased with Wagner's services and my new heater.

Scott with RMS was excellent! Scott was professional and very knowledgable. He was able to figure out the new and complex system in the home we purchased. Scott educated us and even gave us tips on how to use it efficiently. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family.

Rick was very professional from my initial contact with him through the installation process. The team was easy to work with and concerned about making sure I was satisfied with the installation process. There was an issue with the heat not working after the installation. I called the office on a Sunday morning. Rick returned my call within 30 minutes and came out immediately to correct the issue. The heat was back on within 90 minutes after my call. I highly recommed Custom-Air.

Do not use this company!

$1,200 water bill after they cut through a sprinkler line. After repairing a main line, and hitting a gas line (which they billed for) they cut through a sprinkler line. Now they do not answer the phone. Check the Better Business Bureau website.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
