First and foremost, work performed was first class, the two hour pluming repair job turned into four, why because Eugene noticed some other problems that were going to be a for sure call back down the road. I was blessed today to have a young man who made me feel like he was working for a family member, taking care of my problem like it was his personal home. Having just had surgery and the pluming problem was very stressful, I needed superman, he showed up!!!!!!!!!! At the end of the job the boss called and Eugene was need at another job asap, I got nervous and wanted the job done for his sake, he kept the course got me finished at the highest level, 4 hours solid work, no lunch break, there is no school where a person learns how to be kind, hard working, gentleman, it is just who one is. Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

My mother is in her upper 60’s and it is becoming increasingly more difficult to find companies that will not try to rob her blind for house work etc.. The technicians were very courteous and professional and were able to snake most of the clogs we had during the “first round” of service. There was a toilet upstairs that was not resolving unfortunately.

The scheduler / person on the phone (I believe whose name was Evelyn) was rude and not transparent with what she deemed as “separate” vs “same” jobs. We were charged twice for something that should have been added to the first service. Very unclear, unprofessional and rude to deal with. Next time we will take our business elsewhere.

What a find! To have a contractor show up on time, do the work right the first time, treat my kids wonderfully, charge a fair price...do you know how rare this is?!? I have had many sub-par plumber experiences before, but I have used Albuquerque Plumbing twice now and was blown away both times. I highly recommend them.

Mike and his team were excellent! Very professional, thorough and went out of their way to explain everything, and they checked and measured twice before the work began: they moved my 2 new heating/refrigerator cooling systems that were installed a few years back by Thompson Heating and A/C. I specified clearly to have the new units moved in next to the house - which was never done, they were left sticking way out from the house as the original units were huge and more than 2x bigger than the new ones. Mike and his team moved the units close to the house and in the process redid the connecting duct work. Mike thoroughly tested both systems: heat and A/C when the work finished. We had a cold night last night and I had to use the heat on both systems. I immediately noticed that both units did not run as long and more airflow was coming out of the vents. Mike corrected a very sloppy install that was leaking air from the unit bottom frame - which was taped up to prevent air leakage. When Mike finished he found that the unit was not squarely on its base and therefore pushing air into the base frame - which was taped to prevent air leakage. Mike and his team did a fabulous job correcting a very sloppy install by Thompson Heating and A/C. I highly recommend Marathon Mechanical Service! I will always use Mike and his team for all future HVAC work. Thank you Mike and your entire team!
