Best Our Water Heater Repair in Albuquerque NM
Eric did a fast job of tightening the kitchen drain to stop it from leaking, I did not have the correct tool to do it. Eric was very nice and never talked down to me while doing the work.

Jesse is q great plumber. He’s willing to tackle hard jobs that other plumbers won’t, like moving a shower drain over slightly.

My AC was blowing warm air late Thursday. On Friday morning, I called three companies and they said they were booked through the end of the month even when I told them it was an emergency. I have an elderly mother who survived a stroke and an infant. I then called LC heating and Cooling and they said no problem someone will be there between 10 and 11. Louie showed up on time, quickly figured out what the problem was and went searching for the needed part. He found the part explained everything to me and got the crew to help install it. They were all professional and friendly. My family and I appreciate LC Heating and Cooling work. I recommend their services and they will be my go to AC repair/maintenance guys.

Made an appointment to have a water heater flush as I received a promotional flyer from Wagner for a flush. When I called to make the appointment the lady that made the appointment asked how old the unit was and I said 10 years. Proceeded to make the appointment. Tech arrives at my house and asked me how old the unit was I told him 10 years. He said they don't flush units out older than 8 years. Why was this not explained to me when I made the appointment? Nowhere on the flyer does it state Wagner does not flush water heaters older than 10 years. The tech left not even after 2 minutes after he arrived. Side note he seemed less than interested in helping me when he arrived after I told him I had a promotional flyer that Wagner sent.I called 3 other competitors right away and asked if they would flush a unit that was 10 years old, and they said they would be more than happy to flush my unit.It seems Wagner is all about making money and not interested in true customer service. They should've explained on the phone they don't service units older than 8 years and also have this on their flyers as a disclaimer.Go elsewhere, plenty of other companies that are willing to serve their customers.

We had three mini splits installed. Within two weeks, the mini split was frozen over, blowing warm air. Owner JC Curley blames us for overuse and the system was not meant to be used all the time. After months of going back and forth the problem was never resolved. The company thrives on quick installs and poor workmanship. Building permits never pulled, zero followup and no maintenance.
