We had an emergency with our stove and needed an installation done. We called Central Plumbing and they came out right away to install. They were friendly and professional and understanding of the situation we were in. We'll definitely be calling them again if we need a job done. Highly recommend!!

I recently called a plumber from your company to check and maybe tighten the connections on sink faucets in two bathrooms. The person did the job within an hour , did not put any new parts and charged us 225 dollars. He claimed that the service call is not included in the labor time, which I thought was unfair. I think it was way too much for just tightening the connections. As a comparison, another company did two major repairs on the water heater for which the technician had to remove the tank and put it back in. It took him several hours of labor, but he charged us the amount he calculated during the service call and the service call WAS included in the total labor time. I think that Albuquerque Plumbing should reconsider their rates as it it not the best company out there to overcharge their loyal customers.

I highly recommend JP Plumbery! They were timely, professional, and fully explained the plumbing project and options. I also found them to be reasonably-priced and trustworthy.

We had refrigerated air and new heating installed for our home. A year later, everything is still working as it should and we even thought we had an issue because of a gas-like smell in our house. Mike came out and checked it out right away and found everything was working as it should. Great to have customer service like this! I would highly recommend them.

Very friendly and great service. They replaced my mother's furnace and the whole experience was great. They were very thorough in explaining the quote and following up with me to answer my questions. During that time, the owner, David Carrillo has become a close friend as well as a business associate. David Carrillo and his company have proven on every project that they can complete any plumbing or mechanical task in a timely fashion. Their quality control is second to none. They are conscientious of protecting people's property and clean up when they are finished working. Their pricing has always been competitive with everyone else, and for those reasons, they have become our exclusive plumbing and mechanical contractor of choice. I talk to David almost weekly, so I know where he stands on customer service and I know that he is out working 5 hours after everyone else has gone home for the day. David is dedicated to his company and sincerely cares about his clients.

I can’t really say enough about Ivan and this company. I have been through a nightmare of multiple companies coming out to 34 times each replacing the board on my furnace the gas valve on my furnace etc. etc. Both other companies tried to sell me an entire new furnace for $3000 and more. I decided to make one last call after seeing the great reviews for this company and they absolutely live up to all of them. They were here in an hour to help me. Ivan was able to diagnose and fix the furnace before I could even blink. Then he got my gas fireplace going again! The entire visit was $150. I couldn’t be happier, or recommend Ivan higher. I addition to being prompt, professional, knowledgeable and efficient, Ivan is also just a great human being. Six out of five stars.
