Mark and his team are amazing! They hooked us up with a swamp cooler called the Breezeair and I have never been happier. It works similar to an a/c unit but its still swamp. I have been very happy with my unit and last summer it kept my house 70° ,the whole summer withour raising our electricity too much or even water. I highly recommend them and their services. My AC was blowing warm air late Thursday. On Friday morning, I called three companies and they said they were booked through the end of the month even when I told them it was an emergency. I have an elderly mother who survived a stroke and an infant. I then called LC heating and Cooling and they said no problem someone will be there between 10 and 11. Louie showed up on time, quickly figured out what the problem was and went searching for the needed part. He found the part explained everything to me and got the crew to help install it. They were all professional and friendly. My family and I appreciate LC Heating and Cooling work. I recommend their services and they will be my go to AC repair/maintenance guys.

The installation team was very thorough and paid great attention to detail. They were exceptional at customizing the side mount elbow for the evaporative air conditioner. The install had a couple of surprises but the team handled them with smooth professionalism.

CPHC did an OK job. They had to come back several times to fix pipes. Would have been easier if they would have just replaced the gasket instead of being cheap and replacing just the seal.
