Carlson was quick to respond (hours not not days). I had broke and outdoor cooper pipe. The receptionist was good. The young man responding was polite, trained and resourced to finish the job in one visit. The work was done professionally.

On August 3rd 2017, I called Central Plumbing, Heating and Cooling for an estimate. They came right over and after the estimate they gave me a very reasonable price, pleased I said yes and they were able to start immediately on the job. In no time they were done, the guys were very polite and helpful to all my questions they went above and beyond what I was expecting (due to bad experiences in the past). In the future I will be using Central Plumbing, Heating and Cooling for my plumbing, heating, cooling needs. You guys did a amazing job Thank You!

I had that polybutylene (sp.) pipe in my house and had a leak. Had the entire house re-piped. Kurt and his crew did a great job, more than I expected. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I am glad that I had them do this big job and feel it was worth every penny. I had to call Kurt back one night for a small leak and he was here in minutes. Great service!

The service was great. The guys came in and went straight to work.

We called Wagner and the scheduler was very professional. She was able to set us up for an appointment the next day. The technician (Jesus Tellus) was on time and did a great job. He was polite and pleasant. He carefully explained what might be our problem and what he was doing to determine what was causing the issue. He gave us approximate costs for needed repair. Once approved, he got our A/C system back up and working quickly. Excellent service!

Rick and Dave provided excellent service for a furnace install and refrigerated air conversion. Their bid was 60% of the next closest estimate but their quality was excellent. Our house present some challenges and I was very impressed at their craftsmanship and willingness to adapt to our input. Good guys, great service, fair price.

Aaron and his team we wonderful, especially Nicholas. The entire team worked hard to get our furnace and water heater working and up to code. Highly recommend these guy's for any of your plumbing and heating needs. We will always use them in the future.

Wow, what great service. The service gentlemen Josh, was on time, very professional, took an impossable repair and got the job done for me. I've been so disappointed in the past with home repairs and Josh was so patient and worked until the job met all expectations. When I was in business I would wish for this exact employee. My plumbing is working and I can't wait to get that shower going. This company is very very fair on prices and for those that worry about the safe distancing, he wore a mask the entire time and cleaned up everything perfectly before leaving. My faith in home repair companies has been restored. I have a few more things I need done and I can assure you that this is the company I'll be calling. We recently had a new swamp cooler installed. Jacob and his partner (sorry I did not get his name) arrived at the time they said, were courteous and professional. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend.

I used Pearl Mechanical in 2018 so I've had time to evaluate the work. We completed an addition with a whole new HVAC system for the house; 2 units servicing the house.
1. In the original portion of the house the vents for the bedrooms were placed directly inside of the door. In order to heat the room, the door has to be closed. It would have made sense to put the only vent in the room... actually in the room. It is unbelievable that an HVAC contractor would think this is the best vent placement.
2. The vents in the addition were placed in the most likely place a bed would be. Both of my kids have the vents blowing directly on them at night. We've moved one kid's bed but the other room is small enough that isn't a possibility.
3. Instead of placing a clean run from the unit to the vents on the original portion of the house - they did some weird tie in that is sloppy and inefficient. I'll get up on the attic and attach pics.
4. Gave them 2 stars bcz they did get it installed...

I should have used a different contractor for the work but they came highly recommended... my $20K mistake

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
