Tony came out exactly at the time he said he’d be here, took a look at the faucet, diagnosed the problem and gave me an affordable solution.He was quick, professional, and more than willing to explain the details of what went wrong and how to prevent it in the future.Will definitely use them in the future.

The owner of LC heating came right away. He checked the furnace and knew what it was right away. He got the job done fast. Good place. The price wasn't too bad and we needed the problem fixed. Good job.

It was easy to schedule an appointment, and Scott was on time and personable when reviewing our new home's heating and cooling systems. He helped us understand how to maximize efficiency and take good care of our A/C and radient heat. He also allowed me to follow him up on the roof so I could establish a baseline of what was normal for our air conditioning units! Good education and maintenance.

Have done business with Custom-Air on several occasions over the past 14 years. Everything from Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing for a new home to installing a hot water heater. Their service is reasonable, always fast and they clean up after they've finished. Would highly recommend.

If I could give one star, I absolutely would! Julian Curley was extremely unprofessional and rude. He also lied to us about the warranty information for our AC unit. It was installed prior to us owning the home and when we bought the home we were told it was still under warranty. When Julian came out to look at it at the beginning of the season, we were told (in the rudest manner possible) that certain things wouldn't be covered by the warranty anymore as it applied to the previous owner and was not transferable BUT that the manufacturers warranty would still cover anything that should happen to the unit itself. Now, a couple months later, the unit is leaking freon (and has been for quite some time) and needs a new coil. We're now being told that NOTHING is covered under the warranty. I will be keeping his card only as a reminder to never do business with these people again.

Alan and James performed maintenance on my heating and cooling systems, including getting my heating system running for the winter and changing filters, and shutting down the swamp cooler. Alan explained their maintenance service that seems like it will meet my needs in the future for a reasonable price.

They do amazing work, are quick, and never overcharge! I highly recommend them and will no longer use anyone else.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
