Corey was awesome!! Our mainline clogged past our past our property line where it connects with two other buildings from across the street. He wasn't able to clear it on our side but continued to work on it until he located it 60 ft out. He didn't give up and was able to clear the line. Thank you very much Corey for your persistence and dedication to the job!!

Mike runs a very professional outfit. He has done a complete hvac replacement for me and most recently saved me a bunch of money on some duct work. He is not afraid to dive into a dirty and tough job ( see pic).

I called Number One Plumbing when my tankless water heater was intermittently turning off for unknown reasons. They scheduled someone to come out the very next day! The technician was prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. Many companies do not know how to properly diagnose or service tankless water heaters. It's hard to find enough good things to say about Rick's Plumbing. They are prompt, professional, very good at what they do and are competitive with their pricing. In addition they remember who you are. Recently our evaporative cooler quit working, when they returned my call they said Mr Capps, you are a good customer, we will work you into the schedule and get you up and running today and they did! As busy as they are, that was awesome!

My wife and I have had a wobbly toilet for a while now, but only recently noticed a bit of water coming out from under the base. In addition to the toilet, it was time for us to winterize the swamp cooler - always a pain in the behind and I was pumped to find out that there was an opening in just a few days.

Rudy was on time, professional, and extremely patient while I tagged along and asked question after question. I'm not super handy, but I like to know what's going on. After winterizing our swamp cooler he came in and quickly explained the issue with our toilet, cleaned up, and fixed it. What would have taken my wife and I many weekends, he was able to do in naught half an hour.

On top of the swamp cooler and toilet, I asked how I might fix a leaking shower faucet. Again, in a blink of an eye, he had taken the shower head off, swapped the o-ring, and applied some plumbers tape - leak destroyed!

Pricing was more than reasonable and we will be using the RX services again!

Do not recommend this place at all! We are having problems with our sewer so we had them come out, we paid them $400 to use a camera to go under our house and pen point and tell us what the problem was… They left and did not tell us the problem, we called to ask and they were so rude and unprofessional. Talked to two different people and they were both RUDE. We decided to use someone else. When they found out we weren’t going to use them they got very unprofessional with us and would not tell us what the problem is or where the problem is located even though we just paid them for that reason???? I have never written a review to any business but I just can’t believe the way these people run their business. Save your self the trouble.
