My experience with Rocketman has been very positive. Their plumber came and fixed my problem in minimal time. I appreciated his (their) efficiency and will use them again when the need arises.

I called on a Saturday because my daughter's hot water heater was not working. Jason was extremely responsive, checked to see if he had parts for this unit before making a service call, and had the unit fixed within a couple of hours. The charge was reasonable and he explained everything. Would recommend him.

Long time customer of their annual maintenance for my primary residence and a rental property. When it can time to replace two rooftop AC/Heating units, of course they are my first call. With Mario as my business interface and Alex as our lead installer, the work was performed on time and as expected. No one does it better than B. Carlson.

I callled for service and Kevin was at my house in less than 15 minutes. He was awesome. He explained to me the problem with my heater, in a way I could understand, and proceeded to fix it. I am very pleased with this company and will only use them going forward.

Wagner Mechanical installed a new mini-split heating/cooling system in a sunroom addition to our house. Overall, our experience with this company was excellent. There were a couple minor mishaps, but the company immediately rectified them. The installers showed up as scheduled and seemed experienced and knowledgeable. The customer service department also seemed very well run. We are very satisfied with everything.

Had an appointment scheduled. Nobody showed up. Called to ask when my technician would show up. Was told that that the technician would call me back to reschedule, but this person should have called in the first place to let me know that they would not be able to make it. Am not going to use.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

One of the best experiences I've had. Rick was prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and just an all- around great guy! He knew exactly what the problem was, fixed it right away, and charged me a very fair price. Wish I could give more stars!

When Cody came out to look at my furnace he calls me ahead of time gave me a time very professional very quick response from when I initially called definitely would recommend your company and if I need will use again

My mother is in her upper 60’s and it is becoming increasingly more difficult to find companies that will not try to rob her blind for house work etc.. The technicians were very courteous and professional and were able to snake most of the clogs we had during the “first round” of service. There was a toilet upstairs that was not resolving unfortunately.

The scheduler / person on the phone (I believe whose name was Evelyn) was rude and not transparent with what she deemed as “separate” vs “same” jobs. We were charged twice for something that should have been added to the first service. Very unclear, unprofessional and rude to deal with. Next time we will take our business elsewhere.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
