Best Heating Unit in Albuquerque NM

When my sink wouldn't stop leaking, Rocketman Plumbing was there within 30 minutes and had the job done within the hour! I didn't even need to take off from work!

Got a quote from one of their representatives at the end of one summer to convert from swap cooler to refrigerated air. Was told the quote would be good for the following year. When I decided to purchase the next spring I was told they could not honor that quote due to their representatives quote mistakes and inflation so they added almost another 1000 on top. I still agreed because I just wanted it done but was still upset they didn’t honor their word. My refrigerated air was installed and and inspected. And I was happy to have made the switch. But towards the end of the summer the air was not cooling. I had to schedule an appointment for them to come check my system. When they came to inspect it, was told that the system wasn’t charged. So they charged the system and it started working again. But that was a day I will never get back waiting for them to fix it . The Next summer as I started my AC it began to give me the same problem i ran my AC all day and it didn’t move a degree. It was not cooling, so I scheduled another appointment and was out of cool air for a week. When they came to check on the unit, I was told it was not charged. I asked if I had to charge this unit every year and they said no, they told me the last person didn’t charge it correctly. So the unit was charged once again and once again another day wasted waiting for them to fix my unit. This year I started up my AC and once again the air wasn’t cooling. Again..I had to call and make another appointment, wait another week without coolant, miss another day of work, and waste another day waiting for this system to get fix. Finally the representatives actually looked at the system and found a leak! They charged the system and said they need to comeback to spend about 3 hours fixing it. So scheduled ANOTHER appointment to wasted another day, and be out of work so they could come fix it. After the leak was finally taken care of... which I hope it is... I asked the representative if there was someone I can talk to about the trouble and inconvenience I went through all over this problem. He said he would have someone give me a call to talk about this issue. I have yet to hear from anyone from their company for an apology or a compensation for my time wasted to get a new system fix when it should have been done right the first time. As a customer I feel i should have been at a higher importance. I hope this company realizes people’s time is precious and should not be wasting it. Happy to have refrigerated air but not happy with the service.

My AC was blowing warm air late Thursday. On Friday morning, I called three companies and they said they were booked through the end of the month even when I told them it was an emergency. I have an elderly mother who survived a stroke and an infant. I then called LC heating and Cooling and they said no problem someone will be there between 10 and 11. Louie showed up on time, quickly figured out what the problem was and went searching for the needed part. He found the part explained everything to me and got the crew to help install it. They were all professional and friendly. My family and I appreciate LC Heating and Cooling work. I recommend their services and they will be my go to AC repair/maintenance guys.

Barney was a wonderful technician! He was on time, very kind, repaired the the mixing valve and shower trim quickly making sure the job was done right. He had a lot of knowledge. I will definitely call and ask for him again next time I need of a plumber

Showed up same day, even though I called at 4PM. Found, fixed the leak, and charged my air conditioning system in less than an hour.

My mini-split was installed in violation of clearly stated specifications outlined in the Owner's Manual. The danger posed to my residence proved to be of little concern for the Owner Although he acknowledged that the wiring was not according to code, and that important components were not installed including the separate shut off function. The unit repeatedly shut off during use, and finally blew out the outlet and the plug on the unit. Rather than provide a new unit to replace the one that was compromised by the over-amping of the unit, Julian (the owner) refuses to respond at this time. I have further complaints registered with his insurance, the state of New Mexico Attorney General and other entities that may or may not respond. Next stop--small claims court as this cost nearly $4,000.00.
Be forewarned, this company is not reputable.

Today Signature Heating & Cooling installed my new swamp cooler, it was a pleasure work with the Technicians, they were friendly, did a great job and it was the best price I could find in town, Thank you guys.

I have received excellent service from Guys on several occasions. They book out very quickly due to being a father/son duo. But if they have time between jobs and are in your area, they will try to squeeze you in for small jobs. The woman who answers their phones is 100% honest about how quickly (or not) that they can get you in. I will definitely keep using them.

Bodie was amazing. Very responsive. Very professional and very kind. I am so pleased with the work he did replacing my water heater. It went out and he was there the next day, got it installed very fast and left the job site clean. I have already recommended him to friends and would recommend that you use him if you want a personal touch and quick response and job well done.

Way over charged me for the number of hours. I shouldn’t have to pay when their guys don’t know how to work efficiently. Charged me more than double the retail price for the heater. Took 2 days when it should have taken a few hours. The guys were nice but they didn’t know what they were doing. They failed to show up for the appointment the first time, then said the parts would arrive Wednesday but then charged me for the guys to go get the parts. Tried to change my appointment the day before. Left with job unfinished. Then charged me way more than it should have cost. Won’t use them again. Will call some big company like TLC. They charge the same but only take 2 hours. Wish I could have used this small business but they’ve changed.

I first used Bosque when we moved to Albuquerque a little over a year ago and have used them multiple tines since. On Wednesday we had an emergency and they were out within an hour of the call. They are always super professional, extremely effective and always get me squared away on the first visit. If you are looking for a reliable team, from the person you speak to on the phone to the person coming to your home or business, these are the guys to call. Heating and cooling is something we can all take for granted until they don't work! Joe Wolff came out today on a moment's notice when I waited too long to have my swamp cooler winterized. So grateful he could do it and with four inches of snow on the ground! He also did a furnace inspection and found the prior heating company that came out forgot to open the damper which was causing almost no heat to enter the home and could cause the furnace to overheat! He did a full furnace inspection and made the corrections. Now I am set for the winter and so happy with this company. Reasonable rates too!

Abdul was very professional and kind. He wasn’t able to clear the plumbing clog I had but let us know another tech had the equipment to do so and about how much it would cost. Great customer service!

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
