Mike was extremely helpful and assisted with a few other small problems that i had been unable to fix - he did them willingly and did not charge me

Sigi at PRO Plumbing is the absolute BEST. I've used him for years and he always finds time to quickly fit me into his schedule. His work is top quality and his professional relationship with the inspectors is A-level. Highly recommend this contractor.

My tenant had alerted me to issue with a system that they (Affordable) installed. He arranged to have Affordable come evaluate the system this morning, Saturday the 7th at 845am. I live in Arizona. When I woke up, after the fact, I had 2 voice messages from technician, Daniel. The first to confirm the appointment, which I can understand initially, but was confused why he would call me and not my tenant. The second call was, in a huffy sounding voice - that it was his second attempt to confirm the appointment and that he, Daniel, was cancelling the appointment. Of course I tried to call back but no avail. I am attempting to work with them to determine the cause for the error so that it doesn't happen again.Update 1 - Monday - Owner called personally to let me know what information he found. Will update again after service call is completed.

This company takes advantage of elderly people and over charges them for their services. They refuse to provide their customers with a breakdown of the charges for their services. Their Sales Manager Daniel Graham was extremely rude and told me that all of my concerns with my mother's bill and their services were just my opinion. I was actually laughed at by him and he explained to me that he had overhead, insurance and his employees to pay for at his customers expense. They left a hole in my mother's wall and did not repair it even after she complained. In addition, they installed a new thermostat and never trained her on how to use it even though that is what they claim they will do when they sell you their services. There are other local businesses that offer their same services at reasonable rates and will provide you with better customer services.

We were very satisfied with WMF. The professionals who came got there on time, they were good and we didn’t have any problems with them. We talked with them when they were there and they explained to us what they were going to do.

To make a long story short, we had a really horrible company through our home warranty company come out last year to repair our HVAC and it ended up going out again this year in the hottest week of the year. We reached out to ABQ plumbing and heating for an emergency consult and Marcos came out at the scheduled time. He was upfront and honest about our HVAC system that it needed replacement. He made sure to test our furnace which was working well, so we only needed the AC unit. We were planned to go to Arizona the day he came out to work on it and had our in-laws coming out the same weekend to stay at our house x 2 weeks. He understood our dilemma and he worked it out with his team so he could come the following day for installation. He and his partner got to the house at 11am and worked until 9pm installing the new unit and repairing old damage from the previous company. I have nothing but praise for his hard work and willingness to work things out so we could have cool air again and not have to sleep in our room at 96 degrees. This guy deserves a raise because he honestly went above and beyond and fit us into the schedule when the company was booked out and his work was fantastic. I don't know if you're allowed to request repairs from a certain worker, but if you can, go with Marcos Pacheco because he will go above and beyond.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
