My wall furnace pilot would not stay lit. Many told me it was the thermalcouple. I bought one. It did not work. So I call the professionals at Comfort Solutions. I was charged $250 to diagnose it that it was the gas valve. The technician told me it would be $250 for the part and another $250 for the labor, for a total of $750 plus tax, would end up about $800. I said no thanks.
Finally a technician charge me $50 to tell me that since the pilot lights up, but but does not stay lit after the first session, he said it was the temperature control.

All others told me they would have to inspect then schedule a week out. A week without hot water in the winter was not going to happen. Ordered 2 systems from factory through MGP to make sure I got the upgrade to the power supply for the economizer. Years later still haven’t got the economizer which was a $1,000 option.

Barney Gallegos and Reese Ortiz we’re the gentleman that helped us with our shower repairs and we’re very professional and punctual. They explained exactly what they were going to do and how everything was going to work in place of the repairs of in the shower and we’re extremely helpful in showing pictures on exactly what it started from beginning to end. They had very great customer service, courteous and mindful to their work ethics and surroundings. Had an appointment scheduled. Nobody showed up. Called to ask when my technician would show up. Was told that that the technician would call me back to reschedule, but this person should have called in the first place to let me know that they would not be able to make it. Am not going to use.

Says open 24 hours. Doesn't answer for emergency service.
