Kevin was very professional and thorough. Kevin checked overall system functionality. He made repairs to exhaust piping that were leaking, cleaned drain lines, improved blower performance by checking wiring on control circuitry, adjusted gas line inlet pressure. These are things that you would expect on a service call that were not previously checked by a competitor, with whom we have had service for 7 years.Kevin listened to our concerns and questions and addressed each one. We are changing our annual contact and any other services to Affordable Service.Vanessa and others in reception and customer service were outstanding in courtesy, professionalism, no matter how many times I called. Picked up a scent of gas near my mechanical closet and immediately called a company for check up, Louie at LC Heating & Cooling was at my door the very next day to look at my system, turns out I had a dangerous leak from a component that could not be repaired. With a 4 week old baby in the house going without heat was not option. Louie was thoughtful, considerate and extremely professional, he was able to shuffle his schedule and installed a top of the line Carrier system a day later, just before and expected coldfront was moving in. I strongly recommend this locally owned and operated small business to anyone, Louie is a great guy and look forward to working with LC Heating & Cooling in the future.

RMS was referred to us by Alvarado Roofing after we had trouble with our a/c several months after a new roof installation. Fabian and Samuel came out the same day and fixed our a/c - Alvarado Roofing took care of the bill. RMS was reasonably priced and we could have paid the bill without going completely broke. Both Fabian and Samuel were prompt, professional, speedy and very friendly. I felt comfortable with them coming in and out of my home, and I am extremly satisfied with their work and thankful they gave us recommendations for annual upkeep!!! Thank you so much!

After more experience with Wagner, it's time to update this review. If I could just rate the friendliness + professionalism of the techs, Wagner would get 5 stars. However, after numerous issues with my water heater + HVAC systems and trying to get them up to code for the city, I have had a number of problems with Wagner, primarily stemming from the people in the office. I feel that Wagner tries to rely on their perceived good reputation and doesn't do the actual work of listening to, communicating properly, or following up with customers. I have much more I could say about specific people but will leave it at this for now. They also sent someone out to try to convince me to replace my entire HVAC system for $15k (and it was 2 weeks before Christmas!). I have probably over paid using Wagner for the few months that I did, and now I will be moving my business somewhere else.

Professional, Great People, Honored to know them

I have employed Donner Plumbing for projects both large and small around my house for about ten years now. While I have generally been very pleased with their service, I will not be calling them out again after today. It took a plumber (Damien) and an apprentice (Ricardo) three and a half hours to clear two partially blocked drains, winterize my swamp cooler, and turn on my furnace, which added up to a charge of over $600! As I explained to the service manager, at these rates Donner is pricing me out of the market for their services. I can only describe this charge as rapacious. Neither of these plumbers had been to my residence previously, and I don't plan on giving them the opportunity to overcharge me again! I am waiting to hear back from the service manager, who promised -- at least -- an explanation for the exorbitant charge. Very disappointed to find I can no longer rely on my favorite plumbing company.
