Everyone that I dealt with was very professional. The lead installer made sure the air was working before he left the second day. Installation took a little longer than expected, but he was able to finish everything up the next day. Good explanation on how the unit works. They took care in removing the MasterCool off the roof as I was giving it to my daughter to use. This company made a very good impression and I will definitely use them again and refer them to others.

Bob was on time and courteous but, I found a leak in his repair about two hours after he left. When I called back, they were not very nice (did not speak to Bob) and said they could only come at noon the next day. So, I cancelled my lunch plans and waited. When he was 15 min late, I called again and was told he called in sick- but no one notified me. Another technician was sent out and ultimately the leak was fixed. But, I was charged over $700 for a garbage disposal repair and line replacement. The disposal unit was priced $100 dollars at Lowe's. Bob called back at my request and said I was given all the price options... not helpful. So, $600 for an hour of labor.

I can't say enough about my recent experience with Courtesy. My AC went out on a103 degree day and it's only 6 yrs old. Courtesy didn't install my system but they got me on their schedule the same day I called. We have been using Pearl for 3 years now, using their services for home and rental properties. Cannot express enough how pleased we are with their service. I have received excellent service from Guys on several occasions. They book out very quickly due to being a father/son duo. But if they have time between jobs and are in your area, they will try to squeeze you in for small jobs. The woman who answers their phones is 100% honest about how quickly (or not) that they can get you in. I will definitely keep using them.

Joe Wolff has been my HVAC guy for many years. He is reliable, dependable, experienced and honest. He's quick and efficient! I can't recommend this company enough!

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
