B Carlson was there when I needed them. We were time pressured to get an inspection and B Carlson was one of the few companies that even knew what we were requesting. Affordable Service worked on our A/C. In the hottest part of the Summer, they were able to send a tech out the next morning. Problem was diagnosed and fortunately it was a problem that could be resolved without waiting a week on parts. Tech (Lukas) with his trainee returned in the next morning and resolved the problem. Prices seemed reasonable to us. Lukas seemed knowledgeable and explained things and both were courteous.

I had a swamp cooler system replaced with a modern HVAC system. I was really impressed with the workmanship that Antonio and Louie provided. The equipment they installed was top of the line at a very competitive cost. I am so happy I selected LC Heating & Cooling. I would highly recommend them if you need service.

We have always found the office staff and service technicians to be highly professional and they go the extra mile to make things happen. We recently had our HVAC system replaced and a whole house tankless water heater installed at the same time. All of installation technicians were friendly, answered questions and worked hard to please. We did not understand why the plumbers struggled to do their part of the installation, saying they lacked parts and tools to complete the work? I called the office to complain when we were told that it might take two more days before we would have hot water?? The project supervisor called back immediately and said we would have hot water before the plumbers left! This was appreciated. All in all, even though the installation was a success, I observed that safe use of ladders wasn’t followed, tools and materials were scattered about and the pvc piping was dirty, scuffed and aesthetically unpleasant in appearance. Also, the metals covers to the heating unit and compressor were just casually laid on the ground. One cover has a dent in it. Finally, the techs vehicles were disorganized and shabby looking. This is our second HVAC install with Wagner in 16 years. I give the whole install job 7 out of 10.

I have employed Donner Plumbing for projects both large and small around my house for about ten years now. While I have generally been very pleased with their service, I will not be calling them out again after today. It took a plumber (Damien) and an apprentice (Ricardo) three and a half hours to clear two partially blocked drains, winterize my swamp cooler, and turn on my furnace, which added up to a charge of over $600! As I explained to the service manager, at these rates Donner is pricing me out of the market for their services. I can only describe this charge as rapacious. Neither of these plumbers had been to my residence previously, and I don't plan on giving them the opportunity to overcharge me again! I am waiting to hear back from the service manager, who promised -- at least -- an explanation for the exorbitant charge. Very disappointed to find I can no longer rely on my favorite plumbing company.

Had a plumbing issue today. Signature sent someone out within an hour of the phone call. Leedro was not only knowledgeable but was very professional and wonderful to work with. I have received excellent service from Guys on several occasions. They book out very quickly due to being a father/son duo. But if they have time between jobs and are in your area, they will try to squeeze you in for small jobs. The woman who answers their phones is 100% honest about how quickly (or not) that they can get you in. I will definitely keep using them.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
