I have employed Donner Plumbing for projects both large and small around my house for about ten years now. While I have generally been very pleased with their service, I will not be calling them out again after today. It took a plumber (Damien) and an apprentice (Ricardo) three and a half hours to clear two partially blocked drains, winterize my swamp cooler, and turn on my furnace, which added up to a charge of over $600! As I explained to the service manager, at these rates Donner is pricing me out of the market for their services. I can only describe this charge as rapacious. Neither of these plumbers had been to my residence previously, and I don't plan on giving them the opportunity to overcharge me again! I am waiting to hear back from the service manager, who promised -- at least -- an explanation for the exorbitant charge. Very disappointed to find I can no longer rely on my favorite plumbing company.

Rick and his partner did a great job. Very reasonable price. They were willing to work with me in every way possible. They did a professional job and left the site clean. My boss and a coworker also used Custom Air and had great service.

I highly recommend American AC & Heat. They have serviced an old AC unit and installed a new one. Cody and Dakota are always responsive to calls/texts. They respond quickly and are good at explaining any issue and giving options on how to address the issues.

Adam the technician was very. Professional. He corrected the issue quickly. The price was very reasonable. I will call them again when I need service.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
