I recently had to have some work done to our condo in order to get it sold; I called Donner Plumbing and they had someone out there the very next day to look at it. Eric Lujan-Alvidrez was very professional and his work was amazing! I would recommend them to get the job done prompt and right!

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater. They say they will get to the job but now seem too busy. Say they will call back, no reply. Now they would rather I find someone else. They don't care that their delay and inaction is causing me to run out of heating and hot water. Their delay canceling the work til the holidays is a big problem, that they don't care about. I will never even consider using them again.

Classic bait and switch. Call in to check availability, ended up collect info first, before the SYSTEM allow to check the availability.

My mother’s heater needed to be replaced and Cody went above and beyond to get the job completed. We ran into some problems with the owner of the trailer park and Cody went out of his way to get additional insurance that covers manufactured homes and stayed at my mothers house until inspectors came out. He was very professional and they did a quality job. I would highly recommend!

I couldn’t be more pleased with First Rate. They installed new AC and heater for me. All the employees were also “first rate”, pleasant, professional, and determined to my units installed. They worked a 12 hour day to ensure I had AC for a very hot weekend.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
