When pipe broke just behind the faucet of concern, water was gushing. But with quick reaction to belatedly turn off water at street, the unexpected pipe break was promptly repaired and evaporative cooler was successfully turned on without delay. The bill was very fairly resolved afterward, all of which was truly appreciated.

I have asked RMS to come to my aid so many times I cant count. I have not had better service, quality workmanship, or felt like a company cares about me like that I have experienced from RMS. Scott and his team know what to do, how to do it, and explain everything from start to finish. Pointers on efficiency, proper maintenance, its so wonderful I cant list enough things.
