I was out of town over the weekend and came back to a home cooking inside at a temp of 91 degrees!! I quickly realized the a/c had malfunctioned. I called a lot of companies and everyone game me the same response “we are booked into July and early August”. Bosque did let me know they were also booked, but found a way to work me in ASAP. I recently had an emergency with my heater / furnace where I had no heat in my home. My furnace stopped operating and needless to say, we were freezing.

I decided to call R&R heating and air conditioning in Albuquerque to assess what the problem was. I had used them on a prior occasion and was very satisfied.

He was very sensitive to our need and started working on the furnace immediately.
He diagnosed the problem quickly
and fixed it with immediate dispatch.

Knowledgeable and friendly, Donovan performed the troubleshooting process efficiently and knew exactly where to look to repair our water well pump control system. 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon when it happened and donovan came back within 30 minutes! Found the problem and solved it and now we have water through the weekend! Now that is some service!

I have called NBC Mechanical for smaller plumbing repairs in the past and was impressed with the response and work that was done so when my refrigerated a/c went out I spoke to Brandon, Miguel came out and completed the replacement of my old unit just in time as for the hot weather.
