One star because I have to.Worst company ever. O communication. Never finished the install of my air conditioner unit , sent multiple men to my home who told me I was wrong my house is just built that way that air just doesn’t flow.Lied to me multiple times about why they couldn’t finish the job such as , they needed a crane to remove my air conditioner to make room for the condenser, when they had literally replaced everything already, it was a Friday and this employee had a weekend to start . They lied about my unit leaking, lied about the install being finished and done correctly , lied about the training and experience of their employees, lied and told me the main boss Gary Dewitt would be personally coming out to make sure the job was done correctly. He did not, not until 3 months of me being ignored but told my calls and messages were going to him personally. I was in my home for 2 summers trying to get air conditioning and ever male that came to my home lied to me the whole time telling my unit was working nothing wrong with it and it was my pregnancy hormones. This is a disgusting excuse for a business. They need to be held responsible for screwing over so many people . I am not the first. Also when Gary Dewitt came out he told me nothing was wrong with my unit but it was the balance of air coming through my vents . Tell me how the main guy running Wagner installs can’t see a unit one of his guys put in has multiple leaks and a condenser that is the wrong size.Do not use this company for anything. In the end I’m out thousands of dollars and they don’t care. Never did. They just want your money.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

Technician Jerod Burhn & Vicente Jaramillo were courteous, polite, and professional. Jerod was helpful when out at my home and was able to help me to verify that there was no leak coming the slab in my bathroom. He identified the source of the problem so we could get the appropriate technician out to my residence. Technician Vicente Jaramillo was able to identify the problem immediately and provided me with options to fix the problem on site. Would highly recommend services from ABQ plumbing, heating, and cooling!

My AC kept turning off during the heat wave we are currently having and I called another company and they couldn't find anything wrong so the next day I called American AC & Heat and they came out the same day I called and found some issues the other company couldn't find and it has been running fine since. Cody and his team did a great job and were very professional.

Called Plumbing Express because we had a blocked pipe somewhere in my house. Steve sent out a competent plumber (Dion) who unfortunately had to work in a tight space in a hot garage to snake the line out. When I called, Steve spent about 10 minutes on the phone with me diagnosing the problem to ensure that the proper equipment would be with the plumber when the plumber arrived. In addition to snaking the drain Dion installed a clean out in the pipe that needed work for future issues. I also found Dion to be a good communicator about what was happening and answered a few questions I had about the plumbing in other areas of my house. I called Steve at about noon and the issue was resolved about three hours later. I knew up front before committing to working with Plumbing Express the hourly rate charged. I appreciate knowing that detail so I knew what to expect at the end of the work.
Lastly, this is a NM licensed (#380321), insured, and bonded organization. So when you do business with them you can be assured that you are in fact working with a professional in their field.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
