Worst costumer service in abq. Eugene is a liar. Tells customers incorrect information and than says he never said that. The company traps the customers by promotions and than later claims we don' t qualify when they invoice. Bad Business practice. All around Dishonest company with dishonest employees. Stay away from their services.

We hired B Carlson to fix a broken shower cartridge and handle as well as chase down the cause of, and fix, having no cold water in the house.

Tony, the plumber, was great. Very friendly and did a great job.

I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 for two reasons.

1) the scheduler didn't provide enough time for the plumber to complete both tasks when he came out, so we were left in the lurch for four more days until he could come back, and

2) when we set up the appointment we asked to replace the broken shower handle. Being a new homeowner I wasnt knowledgeable on the order of operations of things and they never informed me we needed to buy that part ourselves and have it ready for the appointment. So we still don't have a handle on the shower, but at least it's no longer leaking and we have our cold water again!

Highly recommend affordable they did a furnace inspection and arrived on time were very professional and took the time to verify a great job.

Called Wagner to have our A/C looked at due to it not cooling. Jesus Telles was our technican He was very knowledgeable and informative. Mr. Telles looked at other components in the system to make sure everything was working fine. He fine tuned the system and we can now enjoy the other side of our home. I will definitely be recommending Wagner to neighbors and friends. Thanks for all the hard work today Jesus Telles.

Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

Rick took care of everything very professionally. Guys did a good job.

Brian Detommaso and his partner fixed our A/C after another worker for the company failed to do the job. We waited 9 days for the parts and labor while my spouse was having open-heart surgery. When he returned from hospital, he didn’t have A/C in the master bedroom on the second floor. It got as high as 90 degrees even with a unit to cool, two ceiling fans, an electric fan, and opening windows and doors at night. When we were told by the first worker that it couldn’t be repaired, disappointment turned to desperation. Michael, the Manager, sent Brian out the next day first time. Within an hour, the A/C was fixed, and the entire second was cool and has remained so. We had spent a great deal of money fixing up the upstairs to make recovery easier. The two downstairs bedrooms were taken up by his parents and needed office space. We are very grateful for Brian and his partner taking care of our A/C problem.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
