JP Plumbery just finished installing our new mini split A/C system with three mini splits and a condenser and it has transformed the comfort of our house. Cody and Javier did a great job installing all of the equipment. They sealed each of the minisplits where they come into the house, the kept the tubing clean on the roof, and did it all very fast. I highly recommend this company, and Cody and Javi, to anyone wanting a minisplit A/C system.

Nick and Terrence did a fantastic job installing a new gas line and assisting with my tankless install. Got me twice. First time, they came in to fix water flooding in one bathroom and ended up replacing the main line out of the house, digging up my entire front yard, not realizing this bathroom had its own drainage on the side of the house. Needless to say, it was close to 5-6 months of intermittent flooding from the bathroom before they finally got the problem fixed! This ordeal cost me a fortune. Most of my belongings in that area were completely water damaged. Another time, they came in to install a swamp cooler. It took them 10 hrs??! to get it done and I had to call the main office several times asking they send someone else from the company to figure out what the problem was. The water bill came back at $500 that month for that *one* day of repair when they kept the water running. Of course, they refused to pay it. I tried to email their CEO and office manager and the emails bounced back...of course. Beware.

Western Mechanical is a business that cares and it shows by the service and professionalism of there techs. We needed some service work to our AC and a diagnosis of why it was not working as well as it should have. We called about 4-6 other businesses before we got an answer. We are so glad that they answered because we received the best service possible. I would recommend these folks for any service work and diagnosis. Nathan was a great worker and very professional! He did all of the troubleshooting that was necessary for the job! Was having a problem with the refrigerated AC unit and Nate did everything and anything to get it running again!
