Kevin Cox was great. Service good, a little pricey but worth it for the service of Turning on our swamp coolers and turning off our main heater.

My AC compressor stopped working. Dennis, from Wagner, came out to check it out and he seemed to know just what to do. Very professional and efficient. Showed me what was happening, and explained to me what needed to be done and what will be needed in the future. Gave me quotes and answered all my questions. If Dennis is an example of this company I’ll be going with them.

RMS was recommended by my roofer and I saw that they have wonderful reviews here, so I felt very confident in having chosen the best HVAC company for the job, which was a swamp cooler relocation with new ducting. RMS techs showed up on the pre-arranged date and completed the work on time.
When I went to inspect the swamp cooler, I noticed it was scratched on top and I shared my observation with RMS whereupon Scott came out to repaint the lid of the swamp cooler. I was happy that they followed up and fixed the issue.
When a severe rain storm hit, both ducts that had been installed by RMS started leaking and I had to put buckets under the ducts in both bedrooms. I called RMS and they promised to send someone by to inspect the ducts. Unfortunately, I never saw anybody coming by to reinspect their work. I sealed the ducts myself, but one of them still leaks. I am disappointed with their work; hence only 2 stars.

Excellent service!! From my request call to final mold removal everything went smooth. The expert who came by my place was kind and professional and did a great job!!!

I’ve used them before, and they’ve done an ok job changing my heating over to swamp cooling.However, last week they sent out a technician who tightened a pulley screw.One week later the swamp cooler stopped working. It was done incorrectly.The bearings need to be greased.$126.00 later after service call and diagnostics, a new technician quoted me almost $5000 to replace the entire system.No thank you.

This company is full of excuses,they waste your time,the work is not guaranteed,the will only come back if you pay them agen.
They sub out there work....It took 4 appts for them to have the right tools to do the job ,that I gave deaitled information about BEFORE hand.
Even after talking to the owner
it was more excuses.......
$266..later I still have a cloged toilet.....Now I have to pay some one else to do right....

The best experience I have ever had with a company period. We needed A/C fast and affordable. With in three day a salesperson came and quoted us. Found us the best possible unit and price. Four days later they installed it and had it going before lunch. Later we had a pipe freezing issue, that same day someone was here figured out the problem and fixed it the next day that was best for me. They came fixed the problem quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Very kind and very professional. Like I said the best Company I have ever dealt with.

Our heating system had been out for four days and we were having a difficult time finding someone who was able to come out quickly.

We contacted western mechanical and were told someone wouldn’t be available for 3 days. We explained that we had a special needs child and our home was becoming too cold to bare with the weather temperatures dropping. Thankfully, they were able to make some arrangements and someone was at our door within an hour. Greg was very professional and was able to get our system up and running again.

I trusted the MCS representative at Costco and there scheduling department don't make the same mistake I did go anywhere else for your HVAC needs. I made my service appointment 2 weeks ahead for a morning I could take off from work. The Costco representative called MCS while I waited and confirmed the date. I was annoyed they required a 5 hour window (8am-1pm) but agreed to be there for the period. At 1:10 after waiting 5 hours I called MCS only to be told the technician was running late and they weren't sure when he'd make it to my house. It was obvious they didn't care and had no intention of completing the service call so I canceled. What a waste of my time.
