We had some difficulty installing a tricky thermostat that integrated with our security system. After a first round with a team from MGP Mechanical who were unable to get our thermostat functioning, Gerald Peralta, the owner of the company, personally came out to our house and managed to install our thermostat. Despite the weather being incredibly hot out, and MGP Mechanical being extremely busy, Gerald and his team made us their priority. Mila kept in touch to let me know when to expect our install. RMS was recommended by my roofer and I saw that they have wonderful reviews here, so I felt very confident in having chosen the best HVAC company for the job, which was a swamp cooler relocation with new ducting. RMS techs showed up on the pre-arranged date and completed the work on time.
When I went to inspect the swamp cooler, I noticed it was scratched on top and I shared my observation with RMS whereupon Scott came out to repaint the lid of the swamp cooler. I was happy that they followed up and fixed the issue.
When a severe rain storm hit, both ducts that had been installed by RMS started leaking and I had to put buckets under the ducts in both bedrooms. I called RMS and they promised to send someone by to inspect the ducts. Unfortunately, I never saw anybody coming by to reinspect their work. I sealed the ducts myself, but one of them still leaks. I am disappointed with their work; hence only 2 stars.

John and Justin worked very hard to fix and ultimately replace our split system! They did an awesome job!!! Neil worked hard to have the main unit replaced under warranty and succeeded! I highly recommend Donner Plumbing and Heating!!!

Air one is wonderful. Their staff is punctual, professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The project went very smooth and we love our new air conditioner and water heater. After getting several bids on replacing our old propane furnace Custom-Air beat them all easily. Rick and Dave are absolute Pro's with meticulous work and excellent products. They were punctual and it was a pleasure to work with them with their positive attitudes and clearly knowledgeable work. They work extremely well as a team, made sure everything worked correctly, and cleaned up before leaving! Simply the best. Our new Heil Furnace/Ac setup works great right out of the box and is incredibly more efficient. Highly recommended!

Our new system worked flawlessly all summer! First cool fall day today in the East Mountains and switched over to heat which worked perfectly. Thanks Custom-Air for a job well done!

Vicente was on time, masked as I had requested, and explained the leak in my bathroom. He reassured me that the leak was not in the wall, which I had feared. He completed the repair in a very reasonable time and was very respectful. I will use your company in the future.

Cody was extremely knowledgeable and fixed our heater quickly. Our heater stopped working on Christmas Day and he was able to come out and get it back up and going. Very friendly I highly recommend, excellent service!

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
