Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

Great service and quick response time, every time. Mike and JP have helped me with several projects at my home and always do an excellent job. The most recent project was a conversion to refrigerated air. Everything went smoothly and was done on time, as promised.

I needed to install a new Grundfos pump to replace the Grundfos pump that had given me 12 years of service. I contacted the Grundfos distributor and he gave me the name of a couple of companies that purchase Grundfos pumps, one being Petroglyph, which was nearest to my location. I had also purchased a 20 gallon water pressure tank to be installed to lengthen the pump turn on cycle. I scheduled Petroglyph to come out for what I thought would be a 1-2 hour job. I expected the cost to be around $200-$400. The job took Curtis and his helper 3.5 hrs and I was charged $364 for materials which included copper pipe, a pressure gauge and a valve, as well as a restocking fee. The total charge was a whopping $937.43. Upon job completion I did a toilet flushing check and the Grundfos pump started on only the second toilet flush. The air pressure in the water pressure tank was set too high and had not been checked. Petroglyph could not tell me what the pressure should be. I was disappointed in their expertise on this matter. Reducing the air pressure, we were able to extend the cycling to about 5 toilet flushes between Grundfos start ups, but further reduction could possibly produce better results. I am disappointed in both the cost and expertise.

Monday morning.... NO WATER! Called a well known ABQ plumbing company and their first response was I needed a new water softener offering me a $4k job. Realized it could not be the softener -- had to be the well because water was not coming in on sprinkler system either. Based on reviews and also recommendations from well respected building industry contacts called Rodgers -- they lived up to their outstanding reputation. Immediately the problem was found in less than 5 minutes. Changed a switch box made sure all was in working order and have running water. Saved me $3750! Thank you Jeff and Rodgers!

We have used Unlimited Plumbing since moving here to New Mexico in 2014. In the last year (2020) we have had Unlimited Plumbing install a new Gemline Water Softener System (by Nugen); an LG Mini-split Ceiling Cassette Cooler/Heat Pump for the Master Bedroom), a Navien Tankless Water Heater, and a kitchen water filter system. Each job was big and difficult. Each was performed exceptionally well. The BEST thing about this company is that they do what they say they are going to do, and when anything does go wrong (and that is inevitable under the best of circumstances) they SWAT Team the problem and get it fixed immediately. Their service is always impeccable, thoughtful, and of the highest quality, and their prices are always fair. They are always on time, and always very respectful of your home. This year, I just want to say a special Thank You to all of the outstanding service technicians who take such good care of us (Craig, Brandon, Allen, Patrick, Gabe, Robert, Reyes, etc.), to Ramon and Donna who schedule our work with such great kindness and courtesy (and always timely), and to Charles for following up to ensure everything went just right. You really are the very BEST!!

Scheduled an appointment and Barney showed up on time. He was friendly and knowledgable. He replaced our gas water heater promptly. I'm happy to support local businesses and they did not disappoint.

Had someone come out to give estimate for faucet. Plumber was rude, did not look under the sink to trouble shoot and quoted a high price to repair the faucet. I would not use the company again.
