This is my first time to have a water damage through the roof, and my concept for construction was really lacking behind. We found Water Mold Fire Restoration of Albuquerque. These guys have been very helpful and professional right from the start. Not only quoting their pieces for the job. Now my project has completed with 100% satisfaction. The final invoice total was actually quite satisfying. I am really happy and would definitely recommend these guys.

We have used Custom-Air, Inc. for all of our heating, cooling and plumbing needs since 2002. From a complete ductwork overhaul with heating/cooling combo unit install in our first home to a new furnace, new evaporative unit and gas line work in our current home - Rick and Dave have been our go-to team! Their service and attention to detail is second-to-none, and we highly recommend them!

Our furnace went out overnight. I called American AC & Heat first thing in the morning and spoke with a representative. I was told a service tech could come by between 9:00 and noon that morning (good news!). The tech, Dakota, called at 10:00 to let us know he would be arriving in about 20 minutes, and he did.
He was very courteous. He quickly found the problem with our system and explained what was wrong and what he would do to remedy it. And voila, he did. The charge for the repair was a pleasant surprise.
Given our experience, we can unreservedly recommend American AC & Heat.

On 2 separate occasions, we have had the pleasure of dealing with First Rate and their service technicians. On one occasion where Kyle and Andres installed a new furnace, and cooling unit and they also replaced all of the ductwork in my mother's house. The work was done in a prompt fashion and with little disturbance to the residence. The project was bigger than planned and they stuck to it for the duration and performed admirably. The thanks go out to Kyle and Andres for a professional job.
On the second occasion, we had David and Truston install a new swamp cooler. There were prompt and friendly, (they made friends with my dogs), cleaned up after the job was complete, and showed us all of the features of the new cooler we had just bought. We will be enjoying a cool summer thanks to First Rate and their staff.

What a rough couple of months... my tankless water heater had been giving us a hard time. And it finally gave out on us and we had no hot water for 2 days. With 4 kids in the house we were so lost. We had TLC come and gave us bad news about our tankless water heater. Unfortunately the man who built our house was so cheap that he put in a water heater meant for an RV, not for a house. We needed a 2nd opinion. My cousin referred me to Bosque Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. Mike came and had a look at it and unfortunately had to give us the same bad news. But Mike knew exactly how to help us. Mike had Liz , from the office, call us the following morning and helped us to finance a new tankless water heater and got it installed and working the exact same day (today)!! You have no idea how much my Husband and kids appreciate having hot water again!! Thank you so much Mike, Liz and all the Bosque staff!!
