From the time I set the appointment to completion of the maintenance check on our radiant heat boiler system, everything was done in a timely, competent and highly professional manner. I will certainly be using MGP for all of our heating and AC needs in the future.

RMS was recommended by my roofer and I saw that they have wonderful reviews here, so I felt very confident in having chosen the best HVAC company for the job, which was a swamp cooler relocation with new ducting. RMS techs showed up on the pre-arranged date and completed the work on time.
When I went to inspect the swamp cooler, I noticed it was scratched on top and I shared my observation with RMS whereupon Scott came out to repaint the lid of the swamp cooler. I was happy that they followed up and fixed the issue.
When a severe rain storm hit, both ducts that had been installed by RMS started leaking and I had to put buckets under the ducts in both bedrooms. I called RMS and they promised to send someone by to inspect the ducts. Unfortunately, I never saw anybody coming by to reinspect their work. I sealed the ducts myself, but one of them still leaks. I am disappointed with their work; hence only 2 stars.

I could've been happier with the service I received. Rick and Dave were very friendly and incredibly professional, providing honest feedback and service throughout my furnace and AC install, and again during a plumbing catastrophe. I give Custom-Air my highest recommendation!

My thermostat wasnt working and Cody came out and checked it right away. He got it going and advised that we would need to get a new because the one we had was giving out. Great service and very polite

After being disappointed by another company who failed to show up, we called Signature Heating & Cooling to turn on our evaporative cooling system for the summer. They were prompt and polite, confirming our appointment the day before and calling ahead to alert us that the technician would arrive in 20 minutes. Once Freddy arrived he got acclimated with our system, explained what he was doing and why he was doing it, gave pointers on how to get the best use of our system, and made sure I felt comfortable properly using our thermostat. He was done in less than an hour, and his professionalism left me feeling secure and confidant (all for less than the original company was going to charge us). Thanks, Freddy!

Called on #1 after seeing their great reviews online. We called for an estimate to replace our failed 1962 Sears Ten furnace after it caught on fire. Kurston showed up quickly and was surprised to see this old furnace had still been in use. We found him to be very knowledgeable, thorough in asking questions, all so he could clearly understood our concerns before he offered the best furnace applications for our needs. The furnace at my house stopped working. I called R&R and Tony was very friendly and helpful. A technician was at my house right at the time he said. He checked my furnace and found a small gas leak along with a bad motor. The tech Chris gave me an estimate to repair the leak that was very fair. The job was done and now my furnace works GREAT.Thank you very much R&R. You now have a customer for life.

NCB Mechanical is my first call for any heating, cooling or plumbing issues! They are quick to respond very professional and priced just right. Nate got our AC back up and running and Dominic flushed the tankless water heaters with ease. I highly recommend these guys they will take good care of you.

Got me twice. First time, they came in to fix water flooding in one bathroom and ended up replacing the main line out of the house, digging up my entire front yard, not realizing this bathroom had its own drainage on the side of the house. Needless to say, it was close to 5-6 months of intermittent flooding from the bathroom before they finally got the problem fixed! This ordeal cost me a fortune. Most of my belongings in that area were completely water damaged. Another time, they came in to install a swamp cooler. It took them 10 hrs??! to get it done and I had to call the main office several times asking they send someone else from the company to figure out what the problem was. The water bill came back at $500 that month for that *one* day of repair when they kept the water running. Of course, they refused to pay it. I tried to email their CEO and office manager and the emails bounced back...of course. Beware.
