Worst costumer service in abq. Eugene is a liar. Tells customers incorrect information and than says he never said that. The company traps the customers by promotions and than later claims we don' t qualify when they invoice. Bad Business practice. All around Dishonest company with dishonest employees. Stay away from their services.

We've had this company for a year and when everything is working great and you don't have to interact with the company things are great. But we haven't had air conditioning since Saturday when our power went out and the earliest they can maybe come by to check out the problem is Thursday. That's not even a promise of them fixing it, it's just when they can look at it. We've had over 100 degree weather and it's miserable for my family including three dogs and a rabbit. We can't go anywhere else with all of them so we are all suffering until Wagner decides they can make time for us.

Have done business with Custom-Air on several occasions over the past 14 years. Everything from Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing for a new home to installing a hot water heater. Their service is reasonable, always fast and they clean up after they've finished. Would highly recommend.

Fast and honest service. Relocated a light switch,installed a second switch for a exhaust fan,wired and installed the exhaust fan,everything looks and works great.

Had someone come out to give estimate for faucet. Plumber was rude, did not look under the sink to trouble shoot and quoted a high price to repair the faucet. I would not use the company again.

All 3 of my service calls were to estimate, repair and replace all the leaky fixtures in my home. Anthony was the tech each time and did a perfect job. Very expensive. Still charged us the service fee of $75 in addition to the $260 to fix our toilet. Will definitely not use them again.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
