Extremely unprofessional! My air conditioning went out and I called them twice. They took my information and then said they'd call me. After 24 hours from the second call, I tried calling again and they hung up on me!

I used Four Star Mechanical to service my Heater and they were very quick to come out and very affordable! I would use them again!

What a great company! From the telephone experiences, reminder calls, on time arrival, professional service & repairs, reasonable pricing and spotless cleanup! All 3 of my service calls were to estimate, repair and replace all the leaky fixtures in my home. Anthony was the tech each time and did a perfect job. Lupe, Josh and the Service Manager were awesome. We had a clogged sewer pipe. At first we called TLC. They came with a very thin snake ofcourse did nothing charged $200. TTLC charges trip charges 2 hiur min and charge by the hour. They wanted to charge me $500 to bring a camera. Then another $300 to power blast it. I said why don't you carry all of your equipment on one truck. I stopped him said no and called Sunshine Plumbing. They were so nice,. Best thing we did.Way under $500. They used a large coiled steel snake unclogged the pipes and brought in a camera, recirded the whole thing. Said we arent sure why they would want to use a camera. The camera cant see through cloudy water. You have to get it unplugged first. So moral of the story call Sunshine plumbing first. Pkus they are locally owned and are a great New Mexico family with morals. Thank you so much. Great experience.

Jimmy, was very efficient found the problem ordered the part and two days later came back and got my furnace working. No stress and the job was finished in a timely manner, right before the cold front came in.

Nick and Terrence did a fantastic job installing a new gas line and assisting with my tankless install. They were very knowledgeable about local codes to ensure the work was done properly and professionally. They are definitely worth every penny! I will be using them again in the future and highly recommend.

Way over charged me for the number of hours. I shouldn’t have to pay when their guys don’t know how to work efficiently. Charged me more than double the retail price for the heater. Took 2 days when it should have taken a few hours. The guys were nice but they didn’t know what they were doing. They failed to show up for the appointment the first time, then said the parts would arrive Wednesday but then charged me for the guys to go get the parts. Tried to change my appointment the day before. Left with job unfinished. Then charged me way more than it should have cost. Won’t use them again. Will call some big company like TLC. They charge the same but only take 2 hours. Wish I could have used this small business but they’ve changed.

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
