Well, I would first start with not only did they arrive right on time to help with my heater, I was able to text them pictures of my thermostat when there were more problems and HE called ME to help troubleshoot. Ultimately, I needed a new thermostat and, again was super helpful, the cost to come back to the house was only for the part - no extra service fee. If you need help with your air, or heating - Luis with LC Heating and Cooling is a very smart choice. Professional, prompt, and polite with exceptional skills. Call them, you will be happy you did.

Called Rick for a Refrigerated air conversion. Free quote. I had a tentative install for March but rescheduled on the fly for a few days out in Feb. Got a complete new system installed, quick, friendly and hauled off my old swamp cooler. All work also completed with inspections by the city. Local company and they did a great job. Addressed any questions I had during install as well.

Happy to say that after using American for the second time even with a small hiccup we were able to get everything resolved & I am more than happy with the quality of work again. Thank you Cody & team for your integrity & follow through to ensure the job is done correctly.

Done a couple of jobs for me now. First fixed an inoperative valve and a leaking sink gasket. Then did a thorough inspection of HVAC system and fixed a supply line leak for a tankless water heater. They’re pretty responsive and fast and priced reasonably. I’d use them again.

Signature did a free estimate on a new water heater after an onsite inspection. A competitor asked for photos and offered a cheaper basic quote on the phone, but after seeing the photos said their free estimate would require an in-person visit that we would be charged $80 for, if we ultimately decided to use a different plumber. Instead of playing that game, we chose Signature, and they provided a very professional installation and clean up. William was super efficient, and did a great job while also explaining everything to my satisfaction. This was our first time using them, but should not be the last.

Bodie is very professional and easy to work with. He installed a new hot water heater for us and we were very pleased with his prompt service.

Way over charged me for the number of hours. I shouldn’t have to pay when their guys don’t know how to work efficiently. Charged me more than double the retail price for the heater. Took 2 days when it should have taken a few hours. The guys were nice but they didn’t know what they were doing. They failed to show up for the appointment the first time, then said the parts would arrive Wednesday but then charged me for the guys to go get the parts. Tried to change my appointment the day before. Left with job unfinished. Then charged me way more than it should have cost. Won’t use them again. Will call some big company like TLC. They charge the same but only take 2 hours. Wish I could have used this small business but they’ve changed.

Meliano got my AC working again during this 100 degree heat wave! Very grateful! I worried it would be days and he diagnosed and replaced the broken fan in hours. He also pointed out a few older appliances that will need replacing in the future that we need to start saving and watch out for.

Joe was simply amazing and helped us immensely with an install of a new water heater. Customer service was spectacular and my wife and I could not thank this business enough!

Would not recommend. Not professional answering the phone. If you just have people waiting on hold you shouldn't have a business. Couldn't even answer my question.
