How to write a review to convey exactly how exemplary LC Heating and Cooling is? Well, I would first start with not only did they arrive right on time to help with my heater, I was able to text them pictures of my thermostat when there were more problems and HE called ME to help troubleshoot. Ultimately, I needed a new thermostat and, again was super helpful, the cost to come back to the house was only for the part - no extra service fee. If you need help with your air, or heating - Luis with LC Heating and Cooling is a very smart choice. Professional, prompt, and polite with exceptional skills. Call them, you will be happy you did.

Have done business with Custom-Air on several occasions over the past 14 years. Everything from Air Conditioning, Heating & Plumbing for a new home to installing a hot water heater. Their service is reasonable, always fast and they clean up after they've finished. Would highly recommend.

My AC kept turning off during the heat wave we are currently having and I called another company and they couldn't find anything wrong so the next day I called American AC & Heat and they came out the same day I called and found some issues the other company couldn't find and it has been running fine since. Definitely would recommend! Thanks Ralph! Our furnace went out last night (12/29/2020) and had to sleep in the cold. Called many places and no one had any openings. Finally, we were able to find Signature Heating and Cooling (Now our go to company!). The receptionist, Haley, was friendly. She was upfront about times and explained how the process worked. Ralph came out and immediately understood it wasn’t a simple fix (no parts needed, just elbow grease). Ralph gave me a tutorial on how the furnace worked and answered many questions as he diagnosed the issue. Ralph not only fixed the issue, but went above and beyond. Ralph checked for other common issues. Ralph also made plans to make assisting us in the future easier. He added a part number to our file, thus if we need it, Signature Heating and Cooling would be able to get it quickly. Great service and will recommend them to all who ask.

Guy has been our plumber for years. We have found him to be honest in his work and very helpful with information on how to avoid having a similar problem in the future.

Bodie is the best! Not only did he do an immaculate job installing our new tankless water heater, he went above and beyond to make sure it worked with the idiosyncratic piping in our old house. I would give ten stars if I could, and would definitely hire him again.
