2. VERY INFORMATIVE WAS NEVER A HIDDEN COST.. I WAS DOING YARD MAINTENANCE AND NICKED MY COOPER TUBING WHICH CAUSED UNIT TO LOSE ALL FREEON...
3. VERY VERY REASONABLE, JASON WILL WORK WITH YOU... AMAZING TOO KNOW THERE ARE STILL REAL PEOPLE OUT THERE...
4. OFFICE STAFF CAME OUT- WAS WELCOMED WITH A SMILE, WENT AROUND 5PM, SAW A FEW EMPLOYEES, THEY WERE VERY PLEASENT... I WOULD GIVE THIS BUSSINESS MORE THAN A 5 STAR UNABLE BECAUSE OF CHOICES...

This place has done my heating and AC the last 3 years and is the best and reliable and reasonably priced.

Horrible customer service. I guess because it was 5pm he wanted to get home. Showed up not a hello just said old furnace get you a quote for New one 2600.00 the check furnace control board is out 500.00. Then 5min he’s done ✅ send you a email with the price of a new one. That’s 75.00 sign here. Out the door no good bye...! I think I’ll let someone else pay for their commercials!! I think the 5 star rating are a joke!! For real 😳???? Go somewhere else.. I did and definitely anyplace has to be better. I’d rather give the next guy 100.00 before I’d get these guys 1 cent..just saying!!!

We asked MGP Mechanical to come to our house to dewinterize our swamp cooler. They were awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable. They kept our home and their workspace clean. Their dispatcher is also super nice and helpful. They spent about 90 minutes total service time at our home. We plan to use them for future projects. Thank you

We spent $21000 to upgrade our swamp cooler to refrigerated air. Two major issues since the work was completed. #1 when the plumbing was constructed for the air conditioning on the roof the work wasn’t sealed properly resulting in a major leak in our ceiling when it rained causing sheet rock damage. Took 3 months to get a contractor to repair the damage. #2 when the weather cooled a switch wasn’t turned on for the gas to the furnace causing the fan to constantly run, our home to consistently be at 64 degrees, and our utility bill to be $200 more than this time last year. we again had difficulty getting them to address the problem in a timely manner, and when we called to request compensation for our outrageous utility bill due to their mistake we couldn’t even get the courtesy of a return call from management. Poor quality and complete disregard for their customers. Consumer beware.

I called them and told the whole situation.They drove to my house and it took two hours.They did their work honestly.They charged only for their work. I have very good experience with WMF and team.
