Just had our 3rd tankless unit installed by Seneca Plumbing. 1st one lasted 20 years & thought it would be a good time to replace it (sold that house shortly after). First thing we did at our new house was replace the hot water tank & install a tankless. These guys are great to deal with & totally professionals. You'll be happy if they do work for you too.

I could not be more pleased with the response and service from the Frank's Mr. Plumber team. The sewer line collapsed on a Wednesday and they were here the same day to assess and stop the damage. The entire thing was repaired by Friday. They were professional and timely and couldn't have been nicer. For all the work they did, they were reasonable as well. I called to get an estimate on having A/C installed. Was given at time and date that either Gene, Morgan or Jake would show up. Took time off. No one showed. Called the company and Amy told me she was sorry but a bunch of people called off and that there’s nothing she can do. Apparently not even call me to cancel. Very unprofessional. There’s a lot of competition out there, my suggestion would be to use someone else.
