Sal is the absolute best! He is professional and has very fair prices. He has done work at my home and rental property. He was very helpful when an emergency arose and fixed my shower when no on else could. He's observant and has even given me tips and recommendations. I've used him for years. He came recommended from a co-worker and I highly recommend him too!

I called cheektowaga plumbing after hours for a sewer back up. The technician came out within the hour and was able to get me back up and running. Great company this was a sunday afternoon so it helped out with being ready for school and work in the morning!!

I could not be more pleased with the response and service from the Frank's Mr. Plumber team. The sewer line collapsed on a Wednesday and they were here the same day to assess and stop the damage. The entire thing was repaired by Friday. They were professional and timely and couldn't have been nicer. For all the work they did, they were reasonable as well. The best way for me to describe the service I received is disappointed. I had high hopes, from all the positive comments, that this company would do a great job installing my toilets but it did not turn out very well at all. I purchased 2 Toto toilets at a cost of over $1000.00. I called Roy's to have these 2 toilets installed. When the technician left, one toilet was installed properly and the other one was NOT. I was charged $700 to install 2 toilets and only one was left done correctly. The technician appeared to be knowledgeable but his options to correct the situation were poor at best. He said the floor was not level enough to make the toilet level and that I had 2 options. He could remove the new toilet and put the old one back in place OR he could call in their design team to correct the floor. Neither of these options was acceptable to me and I certainly didn't want to throw good money after bad so I declined their options. I have since called in another service who will be able to correct what needed to be done in the first place at a minimal cost. No design team was needed and I was told that the problem was easily solved. SO, for $700 I got one toilet installed properly and one that leans to one side. To say I am disgusted is an understatement. I never questioned their $700 installation charge and I paid my bill promptly but I feel as if I was overcharged for a less than stellar job. Under these circumstances I would NOT recommend this service to others.

Will was great. On time, very professional, thorough, and friendly. He was able to get our hot water working on a temporary basis until the new tank was ordered and delivered. He then returned and installed the new tank quickly, efficiently, neatly. We would recommend him any time.

I couldn't keep the pilot lit and I tried all night switching our little space heater from room to room trying to keep my family warm so first thing I stared looking for a local co. After the first one gave me a headache I found Kieffer and thank God I did. He came in and had the problem fixed in 10 seconds by cleaning the dust from the pipe that was blocking the pilot, he charged only for the service call when he could have told me I needed a new furnace.
