Best Water Tank Installation in Buffalo NY

I reached out to Sal via text when my furnace started acting up and he responded to me immediately offering to come out first thing in the morning. He showed up exactly when he said he would be there and he took a look at our furnace and determined that the problem was most likely a faulty control board. Rather than repair a 23 year old furnace we decided to have Sal install a new high efficiency replacement along with a matching AC unit. We live in a Tri-Level house and the location of the furnace is in a really tight spot so this was not an easy installation. Sal spent most of his time crouched over, on his back or knees working in my crawl space for the installation and never complained one bit about the conditions which I know I would have.
The installation went as smooth as a customer could ask for and within no time we had a brand new system up and running. Sal was really informative and explained everything to us along the way. His attention to detail and pride in his trade are apparent when you look at the final product. The duct work and gas lines that Sal installed are lined up perfectly and his wiring, conduit and vent pipes look like artwork. It is a shame that this is in the basement and not on full display.
Sal is a true professional and master of his trade. We couldn't be happier with everything he provided us and I highly recommend Sal to anyone looking for Plumbing and Heating services.

Used Huck's services based on neighbor referrals. My issue was fully resolved in timely manner (and for a reasonable fee as well). While working in the house I mentioned another plumbing matter. Jim Ando Plumbing was at my home to install a new sump pump and water pump back up. Very professional, knowledgable and their quality of work was fantastic. Took great care to work carefully and purposefully while explaining everything that was done along the way. Took great care to clean up after the job was done as well. Highly recommend their services.

Not a great experience. My tub handle was leaking. The person who came out said he had never seen one like that before. It was a Kohler. He told me that he would have to charge me by the hour while he drove around the city (Home Depot, Pennys?) to look for the part. I find this to be ridiculous. I called them because they are plumbers and I am not. They simply could not fix the problem. They are a hardware store. They should be able to get the part or know where to get it if they don't have it. I don't mind if they come back another time, but that was not an option. I told them Seneca Plumbing sells Kohler, but I was told We don't have an account there. I'm thinking to myself so what? Pay cash, go online, whatever. I was left to deal with the situation myself.
They also completely ignored another problem I had mentioned.
The solution they gave me for a slow flushing toilet was CLR which I knew did not work because I have already tried it. Also the slow draining tub they fixed drains slow a day later. Last, he said he may have to get on the roof to check the air supply for the plumbing but could not do it today as he had two other calls to get to, which means even if I did take him up on his offer to charge me to drive to Home Depo to look for the part, he could not have done it anyway. Feel like I paid $170 bucks for nothing.

We had a problem with our tankless hot water tank. They came out the next day to review the problem. The service was fantastic. The 2 other places I called would not come out for over a week. Very please with new furnace installation. Explained the product and how it works. Made sure that it was known how to set the temperature/heat/cooling etc. Explained rebate and cleaned up everything.
