Best Water Tank Replacement in Buffalo NY

Simply the best! We've had them do three jobs, which essentially cleared 70 years with of clogs. Now We've got cost status and no backups. Great work ethic, care for the customer, & honest pricing!

Had several repairs/replacements done. Techs were professional, prompt, did jobs well. One major complaint: Did not install any shelves with tub surround...left them for me to find...which I've had no luck with, even online. That cost enough that the shelves should have been installed along with the surround!

Just had our 3rd tankless unit installed by Seneca Plumbing. 1st one lasted 20 years & thought it would be a good time to replace it (sold that house shortly after). First thing we did at our new house was replace the hot water tank & install a tankless. These guys are great to deal with & totally professionals. You'll be happy if they do work for you too.

I would seriously give 6 stars if I could. Had clogged sewer which affected whole house. On a Saturday. Called. Phone was answered by actually human who gave me an appointment at noon on Sunday, but said they'd try to squeeze me in. They did. Plumber was knowledgeable, communicative, and hard working. Not an easy fix. Required snaking from multiple directions, but he was tenacious and got the job done in about 90 minutes. Price was quite fair. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

We recently had them install a new water line in our old home. It was a tedious job running through length of building (without a basement). Two men completed the job. It took a little longer than originally stated, but we do not have a normal house and it was expected.

Great work, reasonably priced, and schedules the work quickly. On top of that, Geno is very professional and pleasant towards his customers. The technician that came to service our boiler was so great, I wish I could call him to come fix anything and everything in our house. Very friendly and communicative, extremely thorough, hardworking, knowledgeable and clearly cares about the customers. Any time I talked to someone at the office, they were very friendly and helpful as well. The text service that is used to communicate who/when a tech is coming is convenient. Will definitely be having Zenner & Ritter do our maintenance and will call with any future issues. 100% recommend.

Lou Simon installed two Bradford White 50 gallon tank style water heaters in my home. He arrived on time as scheduled. He and his crew were neat, clean and professional. They cleaned up afterwards and the job looks great. We have hot water and no leaks!
