Sal is the absolute best! He is professional and has very fair prices. He has done work at my home and rental property. He was very helpful when an emergency arose and fixed my shower when no on else could. He's observant and has even given me tips and recommendations. I've used him for years. He came recommended from a co-worker and I highly recommend him too!

I went in and spoke with a younger guy behind the counter. I showed him my 1980s mixing valve shower issue and he helped me pick out all the right parts to get my shower back up and running. I would absolutely go back there again in a heartbeat.

I was in a tough spot and Rick came through big time. It about 9 pm, about to go to bed, and I noticed my sump pump must have died because the water level in the sump well was almost to the top. Good thing I caught it, would have been a mess down there. He took care of me and didn't try fleece me like some big companies would have tried to, due to the after hours situation. Will definitely use them again

Jacob came to tune up both furnaces in my home. He texted me with an expected arrival time and promptly showed up. He explained what he was going to do, performed the work, and, when completed, explained what he had done and the overall condition of the furnaces. Several times he asked if I had any questions and I appreciated that. Jacob is an outstanding representative of T-Mark and I will not hesitate to contact them for future needs.

I could not believe someone would come to the house on a Saturday night when our sump pump quit. I was prepared to do an around the clock watch with my wife until Monday but someone was at our house in an hour and had it replaced as good as new.I wish I could remember the kids name who came out but he was awesome. Ed was able to come to my house with short notice and cleared a clog I had near the trap outside of the house. Was very honest and explained a few things, but suggested that I wait and see if it happens again and then go from there. Highly recommend.

Technician came out, couldn't pinpoint the problem. Technician said the motor had play to it(couldnt move it by hand at all) Estimated a new motor with labor about 700 dollars, then said probably not worth fixing but they could get me a unit for 6,000. Fan broke during the process of checking system(i expected the noise to be the fan anyway). Technician said they would call me the following day for a price on a new fan blade and the install, never heard back from them and paid 89.99 for a diagnostic. I ended ordering a fan from amazon using the model number from my unit and installed it myself. A/c is working great, freezing cold. Will not recommend Roys to anyone.
