Alaimo plumbing was excellent. Repaired damage to sewer and then offered to look at additional problems in the kitchen. He was able to fix those issues as well. Mike knows what he is doing and there are never any issues, Wny did the original install on our house when it was built in 2008 and have serviced ever since with no problems or concerns

I had an appointment and was told that they would call just before arriving. This vendor never SHOWED UP for my appointment and NEVER called. I would NEVER recommend this plumber if you really want to get some service and not just a waste of your time.

I tried to avail his services to do a bathtub install at our home. He made an appointment with me and then cancelled on the day he was suppose to come. I contacted him several times and left messages for him to contact me and he ignored them all. I wasted a lot of my valuable time waiting for services that I never received from this service provider. He did not keep his word and failed miserably in the customer respect and appreciation department.

I can’t say enough great things about TJ and he didn’t even finish the work yet. He came over very promptly to our home and cleaned out our outside sewer pipe with no issues. We had a different company over prior and had multiple issues with their work (plus they couldn’t get through the clog after only taking 5 mins of their time to actually try). Regardless, TJ got through in maybe a minute and was very thorough when explaining what he did, what the issue was, and how we go about fixing it. He laid out his pricing before starting and was just overall a terrific person to have working on this issue. Not sure how he’s not at the top of the list when googling plumbers but definitely should be.

I had a backed up sewer line in my front yard. When I called, Michelle answered and was extremely sweet and kind and comforting. My father just passed away three days ago and I have his wake to go to tonight. Besides that, I have 30 people coming over to my house after the wake, along with seven out of town family members staying at my house. A backed up sewer line was my own personal nightmare! Michele called me right back and found a plumber who is finishing up a job named Jerry Christiansen. He was here within 45 minutes took very good care of me, explained everything thoroughly, and was also very kind and compassionate. These two employees of Frank’s, Mr. Plumber were my angels today, and I really appreciate everything that was taken care of in such a quick manner. Michele and Jerry, you’re my heroes 🥰

Nick came in and was able to find that our sump pump drain was frozen due to the extremely low temp outside (9 degrees). He was very reassuring that our sump pump itself was not broken, and gave us our options on what we could do. He was extremely helpful.

Very rude. Started phone call with do you even know what backflow is?... Um no I don't because I'm not a plumber but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
