Mike and his partner did an excellent job on unplugging my kitchen drain . It was severely clogged . From the initial phone call to the actual unplugging of the drain the guys were very professional and caring about resolving the problem. I like that they cleaned up after the job was completed ! They've always shown up when I had an appointment, they work quickly and efficiently, they've always communicated what has happened, what they've tried to troubleshoot, and what they're going to try next. (It should be disclosed my only experience with their work is through their plumbers)

I own rental properties in 100 year old houses, so while I try to maintain the pipes and take preventable measures, as one can expect, when something goes wrong, it's a beast. Hertel Hardware & Plumbing had to cut into the drywall of two bathrooms (in different properties) in order to reach the pipes, but they let me know what they were going to do and why they needed to do it, and both times the cuts have been manageable sizes to cover back up with an easily removable cover, in case those pipes need to be accessed again. Which of course those pipes will be needed to accessed again. Who dry walls over shower/tub pipes without an access point?!

Only on this last visit could the plumber not complete a particular job in one go, but he worked as far and as long as he could, and kept me updated every 20 or so minutes on how the progress was going (I wanted him to), and then let me know what needed to happen (such as finding the outside opening to the sewer trap that's buried under 2 feet of snow) in order for a plumber to come back to finish the job quickly. They've been so great to work with previously that I have no problem with this requirement. Besides, I had a better idea of where that access point was than he did, so it made sense he didn't waste time digging around for it.

The price has certainly been reasonable too. Also, their plumbers have Square installed on their smartphones, so I can easily pay right then and there for the service and immediately have a receipt sent to my email for filing. For the work Hertel Hardware & Plumbing do and the price they charge, I'm happy to return to them as well as recommend them to everyone I know. I'm happy to support a local business that works as well as they do!

We were having a bathroom vanity top installed. The countertop vendor told us they didn't do the plumbing part. I made 2 appointments with Ed Young's. The first visit was to install shut off valves and remove the old faucet and sink. The 2nd appointment was to install the new faucet. In both times, they showed up exactly on time and did everything right the first time.
I will use them again. I highly recommend them.

Rick came over on for an emergency on Halloween night when no other plumbers would come to replace my failed sump pump. Even though it was late at night, he took his time to do the job right, explained to me what he was doing and charged a fair price. We now have 716 Plumbing as our go-to plumbers.

It is clear T-mark owners care about customer service. I had a completely clogged waste line from inside the house all the way to the street. To start, he staff taking the call was extremely friendly and understood the sense of urgency. T-Mark said they would be there in the morning... and they were right on time. I was fortunate to have a veteran plumber show up for this particular job. Their employee, Ben Piper was the technician and called when he said would, explained his game plan and cleared the lines in short order. He then went in the house to confirmed all lines were open and clear. I was going to ask him to do that, but i did not get a chance to because he did this on his own. Ben is very professional and best of all there was no upselling needed, he just did what i feel HE would want or expect done. T-Mark is a top notch outfit and i would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs. I am also a service person and have been in the trades for many years, and am very picky. These guys are great and i will use them again for sure ! Thanks Ben !!

I originally had years and years plumbing issues. In 2018 I decided to revamp and chose Cellino plumbing. We originally had some issues, but through-and-through Cellino made it right. They took a bad situation and made it a good for me and I can't let you know how much I appreciate Ryan he is an excellent asset to the staff at Cellino plumbing. Thank you for your service.

I can’t say enough about Thomas and this company. We contacted him and he got here and fixed our problem as soon as his schedule allowed. (Within days). He was super efficient, upfront and fair in price, and as cordial as could be. I would HIGHLY recommend him and will certainly use him again if needed!

Hired Roy's plumbing to reroute a collapsed sewer line under basement floor, showed up on time, very friendly and knowledgeable, finished in a timely manner. Job was done in a expertly manner, cleanup was excellent. Also installed a hard wired co2, smoke detector. Would highly recommend.

One star is to much for this rude man. I tried to solve the problem before I called them. The whole time he was at my house he picked on me that I was not a plumber and that I thought I knew what I was doing. I will never use this company again or recommend them. Way to overpriced on top the bad attitude.
