Jeff B came out and saved us during the blizzard of 2019. Our house was 38 degrees and the boiler needed to be fixed. Other companies either didn’t answer the phone or gave us an appointment for a later date. I called T-Mark and a very nice lady answered the phone and took all my information and was very understanding of our situation. She said she could send someone out in the afternoon and she did just that. Jeff B could not have been more knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Our boiler is working wonderfully and the price was very reasonable. Very happy 😊!

Had a sewer line section replaced where a cast iron line sheared at the foundation. The whole experience was great from start to finish. The free quote was thorough and they took their time. I’ll be honest, I wasn’t sure what to expect from Franks because their thing is basement repair not plumbing. But a main attraction to using Franks was my concern about the pipe replacement through the foundation. I didn’t want that to leak and I knew Franks as a company had the knowledge to re-seal the pipe hole well. Repair was outstanding, they had to dig right next to my house, in between landscaping trees and a sidewalk. With the emphasis on speed over quality these days, I didn’t have much hope for saving the plants and sidewalk. But they were amazing. They carefully dug without even damaging the sidewalk. I think I lost one little shrub that had to be dug up and the excavator driver even put it back into the dirt pile afterwards (it was winter time so I just needed it to last until spring when I could rebury it).they were kind, explained everything and got permits with the county and town. Highly recommend!

I had a sewer back up into my finished basement. I tried to fix it myself and could not so i called Roto-Rooter in Buffalo. They came with very fast service, between an hour or two. The plumber was very helpful and professional. Not only did he find the problem and repair it, he told me tips and preventative measures to stop the back-up from happening again. The work also came with a six month warranty. I would refer Roto-Rooter to anyone with plumbing issues.

Very rude. Started phone call with do you even know what backflow is?... Um no I don't because I'm not a plumber but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
