Just had our 3rd tankless unit installed by Seneca Plumbing. 1st one lasted 20 years & thought it would be a good time to replace it (sold that house shortly after). First thing we did at our new house was replace the hot water tank & install a tankless. These guys are great to deal with & totally professionals. You'll be happy if they do work for you too.

We have had the pleasure of working with Sam on two separate occasions. First to replace a sump pump and install a water back up system, the second time for a shower renovation. Sam and his team are incredibly professional, they perform the highest quality work, have fair and honest pricing, and are incredibly clean while working. They certainly exceeded my expectations and I don’t think they could have done anything better. I highly recommend them for anyone that has any plumbing needs.

I called cheektowaga plumbing after hours for a sewer back up. The technician came out within the hour and was able to get me back up and running. Great company this was a sunday afternoon so it helped out with being ready for school and work in the morning!!

I can’t say enough great things about TJ and he didn’t even finish the work yet. He came over very promptly to our home and cleaned out our outside sewer pipe with no issues. We had a different company over prior and had multiple issues with their work (plus they couldn’t get through the clog after only taking 5 mins of their time to actually try). Regardless, TJ got through in maybe a minute and was very thorough when explaining what he did, what the issue was, and how we go about fixing it. He laid out his pricing before starting and was just overall a terrific person to have working on this issue. Not sure how he’s not at the top of the list when googling plumbers but definitely should be.

My sewer line was backed up. Roto-rooter was fair priced and was able to come within an hour or so after my call. The plumber that came was very professional and very thorough in his work. He ran a camera down the sewer line multiple times to ensure he got all the roots cleared. I would highly recommend Roto-rooter to anyone with a backed up sewer!

The owner of the company gave a kerosene heater to an employee of his to sell on his behalf which I had purchased. I gave them their full asking price and when I went to go pick it up, they stored the item outside in the rain and locked the door to the pickup area. Very not cool. Hopefully they learn from their mistakes otherwise they might as well close up shop.

They were very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They let me know exactly what needed to be done and what our options were and worked with us to make sure we were satisfied.
