Timely and Professional...

Last fall Mike and his team did a great job on two projects for my wife and I, both were done quickly and professionally. The first project required excavation through my gardens to repair bad pipes below. They took extra care to remove the shrubs and replace them even though it was in the late fall and cold. I was so grateful in the spring and this summer of the care they took as the shrubs came back and the garden looks as though it was not disturbed... Everything from the initial phone to the completed job was a wonderful experience. The employee who answered could tell right away I was upset as I explained a plumbing problem. She very caring and professional, instantly made me less nervous. Set up sane day appointment. Excellent technician. Friendly helpful and considerate. Service was on a Sunday morning of long weekend. No extra fees. Just paid for “emergency level” speed of service. $99. Not bad at all. Very happy.

Called Larry and asked if he could come to my home to replace my sump pump because it stopped working. I told him we have a water back up system that works so if he could come over in a day or two that's fine. He told me text him my cell number and he'd get back to me the next day. So I texted him number name, address, and again what my problem was. I waited a few days and he never got back to me. I'm a small business owner too and if I was receiving a call from a person I'd write down their name and number and get back to them ASAP if I couldn't give them an answer right away. I certainly wouldn't tell them to text me the same info they gave me over the phone. Seems from reading these review he picks and chooses what work he wants. The end of the story is I went out to Home Depot got a new sump pump and installed it myself even with my bad back.
