I highly recommend Alaimo Plumbing and Heating. Sal came by to clear two plugged drains. He returned in the Fall for routine sewer maintenance. Sal is responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and neat. He explains everything and is happy to answer any questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again for any plumbing or heating concerns.

Great guys. The job was done quickly and they cleaned everything up and very reasonably priced. They quoted me a price and my bill was less then the quote.

They came out just a couple of days after the Blizzard of '22 and were 30 min early and done in under two hours with a new hot water tank.

Price was fair (over half of it was the tank itself) and there was NO upselling or erroneous emergency fees due to the storm.

I am very satisfied with my experience.

We had a problem with our tankless hot water tank. They came out the next day to review the problem. The service was fantastic. The 2 other places I called would not come out for over a week. I ended up needing to replace my 12 year old system and again they were great to work with! I highly recommend them and would use them again

I was in a tough spot and Rick came through big time. It about 9 pm, about to go to bed, and I noticed my sump pump must have died because the water level in the sump well was almost to the top. Good thing I caught it, would have been a mess down there. He took care of me and didn't try fleece me like some big companies would have tried to, due to the after hours situation. We were in the market for a new HVAC system. The person who scheduled the free estimate was very nice and accommodating. We met with the salesman, Rich, a few days later. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He made what would seem overwhelming easy to understand. He answered all our questions and was quick with he paperwork. We decided to schedule an install. I can't say enough about the installation technicians. They were amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend T-Mark. We actually have some plumbing work in the future and will call them when we're ready! Oh, did I mention that Rich called me within hours of receiving an email about the rebate information I was missing. He got it straightened out within minutes! Need plumbing or HVAC CALL THEM!

Really great experience! friendly and professional receptionist, kept me informed of approximate time Nick, the plumber would arrive.Once Nick arrived, he was very detailed in his explanation as to what he was going to do.He replaced my super old water heater all by him self! I was truly amazed at how quickly he did it.He also fixed my shower that was leaking and replaced valves that were needed for the new water heater.He is extremely professional, friendly and kind.Very much recommended!Great company!
