These guys came out at 10pm on a saturday night when it was 14 degrees outside to run a water jetter through my pipes to clear the sewer line. (They didnt charge an emeegency fee like the others did either.)
When the job was finished they ran an HD camera through the pipes to show me what i had paid for; sparkly newly cleaned pipes!

Our toilet was leaking in the basement. During the fix, it was discovered that the previous owners had done some terrible DIY that made it a bit more expensive to fix. Kevin did a great job, he explained every time we ran into something that would cost more and made sure I was okay with that before he fixed it. He was very professional, and given the circumstances, I think very reasonably priced.Also, I have to say, I was very pleased that when he was coming I received a phone call that he was on his way, followed by a text message with his photo and his full name. You can never be too careful and that safety feature really gave me peace of mind.

I can’t say enough great things about TJ and he didn’t even finish the work yet. He came over very promptly to our home and cleaned out our outside sewer pipe with no issues. We had a different company over prior and had multiple issues with their work (plus they couldn’t get through the clog after only taking 5 mins of their time to actually try). Regardless, TJ got through in maybe a minute and was very thorough when explaining what he did, what the issue was, and how we go about fixing it. He laid out his pricing before starting and was just overall a terrific person to have working on this issue. Not sure how he’s not at the top of the list when googling plumbers but definitely should be.

April3, 2020. The team at Roy's Plumbing were very competent and efficient in repairing our blocked sewer line. All completed in one day, which was great. Damage to basement was minimal. My front lawn was not damaged too much, nothing that can't be reseeded and landscaped. The friendly customer service was appreciated especially in these social distancing time. All in all, Marty & Tom led their team to great results. Thanks again to a great team.
