I highly recommend Alaimo Plumbing and Heating. Sal came by to clear two plugged drains. He returned in the Fall for routine sewer maintenance. Sal is responsive, knowledgeable, thorough, and neat. He explains everything and is happy to answer any questions. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again for any plumbing or heating concerns.

These guys came out at 10pm on a saturday night when it was 14 degrees outside to run a water jetter through my pipes to clear the sewer line. (They didnt charge an emeegency fee like the others did either.)
When the job was finished they ran an HD camera through the pipes to show me what i had paid for; sparkly newly cleaned pipes!

We were in need of a new hot water system and T-Mark quoted us $1,000 less than the first company we checked with and they got us in very quick as we did not have any hot water. I talked to them through a chat online and it was very easy to set up the consultation. They are super professional, letting you know who is coming to your house and what they look like before they come. They also share some back story to their employees. The entire experience was easy and painless and actually pretty pleasant. The day of the installation we needed a lot of work done for the new system to be put in, the guys worked an almost full 12 hour day and when they were finished, the work they had done looked immaculate. So much nicer than our previous system that was about 10 years old. They were very good at explaining things to my husband and I as well. The financing options they have are also a big plus. One other thing that made me really appreciate this company was that about a week after the installation they sent us a package with a lunch box filled with cookies. I will use this company for future problems and maintenance and I will definitely recommend them to anyone! Huge thanks to T-Mark, and Keith and Bill who did our installation!

Considerate, prompt, responsible, and fair. I didn't know what was causing my piping to leak into the basement, Sam came in and figured out what needed to be done very quickly. I appreciate that he explained everything in a way that didn't make me feel like he was trying to confuse me with trade terms I wouldn't understand, while thoroughly laying out my options for how to proceed. He's also willing to be flexible for your work schedule. 5 star - would recommend.

Cannot say enough good things about the service I was provided with. I sent Kevin a message on his Facebook page since it was late, figured he would get back to me in the morning. Nope, messaged me right back told me to call him and we discussed my issue to get an idea of the problem, which was I needed a few pipes replaced. He said he would call me in the morning to send out a truck and confirm the time. I get a text and tells me a time they will be there, not a time range, a specific time. Sure enough the truck pulls up right on time.

The service provided was professional, straight forward and I was aware of all costs before agreeing to the service so when the final bill came I was not shocked. Pricing was very reasonable for the work provided, I told others what I paid and everyone said it was very reasonable and wanted this places number.

I specifically worked with Ben and one other whose name I did not get. Great workers, they were in and out and pipes are working great.

I have used other plumbers before but they didn't compare with the pricing, responsiveness and professionalism of this place. I wish I went with this place sooner. Don't make the same mistake I did, just call Kevin, you will not regret it!

Our water lines froze and we were water because our kitchen flooded when they burst and we had to shut it all off. We had Jerry come out for an estimate and unlike other companies he actually went in the crawl space to check things out. We could tell he really cared and wanted to help us without making us spend money we don't have to spend. They were great with communication, on time, and very knowledgeable. They worked in a snow storm and got us our water back and all new amazing water lines within 5-6 hours. Prices were fair and we're so happy. Usually we stay away from big companies but sooo glad we contacted them. We will never go elsewhere! Everything looks great, works great, and is warrantied! We got super lucky!

If I could put negative stars I would. We unfortunately had our AC break during the recent heat wave and called Roy's based on the reviews we saw on Google. The technician showed up and explained that we were screwed and our options were to be charged $140 per hour to figure out where our leak was, which he estimated could take up to 8 hours and then it would be an additional $2000 to try to fix it, and then he couldn't guarantee that the issue could even be fixed. He then quoted us 3 new units to be installed, all of which were between $5000-6500, and then left with a $100 bill for service and no fix. Save yourself the trouble and call Reimer. They came and found the issue in under 10 minutes, topped off our coolant to give us cold air through the weekend and set an appointment to put in the replacement part.

Trustworthy and great service. Reasonable price for the thorough job they did. The plumber also looked at the entire sink to prevent further problems. Polite thorough trustworthy. The owner of this family business called me the following day to make sure that I am well pleased and to let them know if I have any problems with the sink. I will recommend to anyone seeking a plumber.
