Kyle was on time. Explained everything he had to do. Replaced 2 toilets, kitchen sink and faucet, made it fit the space, installed two new bathroom sinks and faucets, installed a new sump pump and back up system in under 6 hours. Removed all the old stuff and all the packing. Took me thru for a walk thru and made sure I was satisfied. The only thing is the new toilets are a bit too high. But overall everything was great. I’ll use WNY plumbers again if I need them.

The price seemed a little steep for the limited amount of time and effort that was necessary, however the repair-man was very professional and knowledgeable. This company is a totally scam and works with the warranty companies to lie and deceive customers. They claimed to never of worked with my warranty company when they had been to my house before. And if you read their reviews they also have worked with them. They do horrid work and are untimely. They should be ashamed. I just wish there was a zero star!
