Sal installed a whole new furnace for us, in addition to some small plumbing jobs. He is obviously conscientious about his work, and makes sure to do it right instead of whatever bare minimum is needed. I waited months after the furnace's installation, until it got truly cold, to make sure the heater is working well - and I'm happy to say it seems great! He's also responsive, and followed up immediately with questions and concerns.

Rick came over on for an emergency on Halloween night when no other plumbers would come to replace my failed sump pump. Even though it was late at night, he took his time to do the job right, explained to me what he was doing and charged a fair price. We now have 716 Plumbing as our go-to plumbers.

I can’t say enough great things about TJ and he didn’t even finish the work yet. He came over very promptly to our home and cleaned out our outside sewer pipe with no issues. We had a different company over prior and had multiple issues with their work (plus they couldn’t get through the clog after only taking 5 mins of their time to actually try). Regardless, TJ got through in maybe a minute and was very thorough when explaining what he did, what the issue was, and how we go about fixing it. He laid out his pricing before starting and was just overall a terrific person to have working on this issue. Not sure how he’s not at the top of the list when googling plumbers but definitely should be.

Kevin is absolutely awesome - incredibly honest, and informative. I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely be reaching out to him for all our future plumbing and HVAC needs.

Brian was extremely knowledgeable regarding homes in my area and helped me gain a better understanding of my sewer and rain water draining system. He took the time to educate me and did not make me feel like any of my questions were stupid. Pricing was cheaper than other estimates I received as well! They were able to clear my sewer line and drain my flooded basement as well as make recommendations on how to utilize my home owners insurance policy for some of these unforeseen costs. I will be booking this work very soon with them to prevent this issue from reoccurring in the future. Could not recommend enough! I've had Roy's out a couple times to help me with the old lines running from my old house. They had one tech I really liked that helped me work out an affordable solution. But the last tech I was not impressed with. I don't think he gave much of an effort to snake the line and then when it didn't work kind half hearted came up with suggestions. None of which made sense or was close to an affordable solution.Twice now I've asked Roy's for quotes on plumbing projects for my house and they were high compare to other plumbers. One was so ridiculously I told them I rather them just tell me they don't want the job. They just seem like they are so big they are just going to charge what they want. I am not going to be lazy next time and find another plumber.

Trustworthy and great service. Reasonable price for the thorough job they did. The plumber also looked at the entire sink to prevent further problems. Polite thorough trustworthy. The owner of this family business called me the following day to make sure that I am well pleased and to let them know if I have any problems with the sink. I will recommend to anyone seeking a plumber.
