We have used WNY plumbing multiple times. Last time was for a new hot water tank, this time was for a water line repair, faucet and toilet installation. It was quick and easy to set up an appointment, the service tech was on time, neat and very professional. I would highly recommend using them for your plumbing needs.

These guys were nothing but great throughout the whole experience. I needed to get my main line in my basement capped, and then replaced with a wall hung sewer. They were quick to get out to do a free estimate, and more importantly their cost at time of completion was spot on with the estimate.
With the plumbing issue we were facing, they were able to get a date set up very quick, so as to not leave us with broken plumbing for weeks on end. Marc and Jon were there when they said they would be, even called beforehand to let me know they were on their way.
They were professional, respectful of my home and noise level (working from home), always let me know when they were getting more material or taking some of the materials that were dug up back to their location to dispose of it. They didn't mind one bit when I wanted to see what was going on, just out of curiosity of the process and progress of the job, and also were respectful with face masks.
Couldn't be happier with the job they did, how quickly they were able to do it, and knowing it got done correctly so we won't have issues moving forward. They also did a video inspection of my line going out to the street, ensuring that it was in tact and in good shape, assuring there's another aspect of the plumbing that's good to go for the future.

Jeff and Matt are efficient and do great work! They are pleasant to have around and always have solutions, even for tough problems. The prices are reasonable and they are great communicators. They were also available quickly and were super nice to our puppy, who kept stealing their screwdrivers!

This included removing a cupboard with a stove top to make a space, installing the new range, installing an electrical box in the wall, and replacing a switch along with a receptacle near the stove.
