Wonderful service! I had them install a toilet, sink and shower faucet. All done in a professional, prompt and clean manner! I also had my main water line go, Jim Ando Plumbing was there the next day! Pricing was reasonable and the service again was outstanding! Jim Ando Plumbing is now my GO TO for any and all plumbing needs!

Hazlett plumbing did several jobs for us- they tied some gutter drains into the sewer and installed a bubbler- no small job. It involved much excavation and cutting/ repair of concrete and they made it look very clean and professional in the end. Also, I had a vessel sink installed which turned out beautifully.

Other work they did for me: I needed them to Locate an external leak of my sump pump drain, which they did both quickly and efficiently. And finally, I needed to have a natural gas grill installed, they made adjustments and did not stop until I was completely satisfied w the way the install looked. Overall, Sam and his crew were very professional, fast, and reasonably priced. They do meticulous work and I recommend them highly- I am a customer for life.

I called cheektowaga plumbing after hours for a sewer back up. The technician came out within the hour and was able to get me back up and running. Great company this was a sunday afternoon so it helped out with being ready for school and work in the morning!!

I can’t say enough great things about TJ and he didn’t even finish the work yet. He came over very promptly to our home and cleaned out our outside sewer pipe with no issues. We had a different company over prior and had multiple issues with their work (plus they couldn’t get through the clog after only taking 5 mins of their time to actually try). Regardless, TJ got through in maybe a minute and was very thorough when explaining what he did, what the issue was, and how we go about fixing it. He laid out his pricing before starting and was just overall a terrific person to have working on this issue. Not sure how he’s not at the top of the list when googling plumbers but definitely should be.

Kevin's plumbing replaced my sewer from my house to the street. Kevin and his guys showed up more professionalism than other contractors I have worked with. He was priced fairly, he did the work he said he would do and took time to make sure it was done right. I could not be happier with my experience and I will surely call again with any future plumbing needs.

In the midst of the “blizzard of 2022” I get a text from a tenant that their basement is filling with sewage. Really bad timing to say the least. I remembered a TV commercial about “everything basementy” so I called Franks Basement Systems. To my surprise they were able to get a plumber and a helper out there as soon as it was safe to do so. They were knowledgeable, friendly, clean and efficient. I felt that the price was very reasonable and included a one year guarantee for peace of mind. I will continue to use this company because I trust them to always do the right thing.

The plumbers arrived in my suburban Buffalo home right on time. They quickly determined the cause of my flooding in the basement and not only fixed it, but cleaned up after themselves too! I was very impressed by their professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge. I am very grateful that my basement is no longer flooding and have Roto-Rooter to thank for it! We found Don on Nextdoor and we couldn’t be happier. We needed plumbing work done and he came out and looked at the project and gave us a great price and explained the best way to complete the job. We scheduled a time for him to come and do the work and he arrived on time and completed the worked flawlessly. It was exactly what we wanted and we couldn’t be happier. Just wanted to take a few minutes to say how satisfied we were with Ryan, Nick and Peter who spent two days in the cold installing our generator. They were on time each morning and worked all day at times in the dark with the winter early evenings. The work was neat and professional with only minor power interruptions. High praise to the team.
Also want to give cudos to Matt who responded to our emergency call the next day to fix our furnace . He arrived before going to the office and found the problem quickly to correct the issue. I was originally questioning the fact that we were not getting call backs for some issues we had but the system worked well for our latest emergency. Keep up the great work.
