Best Heating And Cooling in Buffalo NY
Sal installed a whole new furnace for us, in addition to some small plumbing jobs. He is obviously conscientious about his work, and makes sure to do it right instead of whatever bare minimum is needed. I waited months after the furnace's installation, until it got truly cold, to make sure the heater is working well - and I'm happy to say it seems great! He's also responsive, and followed up immediately with questions and concerns.

My wife and I recently called Hertel Hardware & Plumbing for the first time. The servicemen (C.J. and Jim) were prompt and polite and completed what were two small jobs promptly and efficiently. Costs were reasonable. Their business manager (Sarah) was helpful in obtaining a copy of paperwork. We will definitely call HHP again when we need plumbing repairs.

Ahmed was thoroughly professsional and efficient, able not only to tune our furnace and bleed our hot water heating system, but to explain the cause of the problem, and was both courteous and friendly.

I needed my sump pump replaced. Two gentlemen came and were professional and polite. They arrived on time and did a great job. They wore masks and cleaned up. Would definitely use them again

Ed and Matt (I think, I didn’t get name) quickly and effectively fixed two leaking facets and provided insight into another long term issue. They were very informative, professional and efficient. Although we hope to avoid problems in future, it’s nice to know we can call Ed and the Franks team and trust them to help. I would recommend them for you plumbing needs!

I am very disappointed in their service. I called in a panic because my heat went out while we were out to dinner. I come home and my house is 62 degrees. This was at 7 o'clock. They said a service tech would be contacting me. 2 hours later I call back to find out a possible eta or something, they say they will have the service tech call me with an eta. An hour later the service tech finally calls me and says they cannot make it out to my house and that I have to call in the morning to set up an appointment. Needless to say I was very upset that I had been waiting 3 hours for them to tell me they can't make it out. I call back the call center to complain and they guy Nick that answered the phone was laughing at how upset I was. Someone could have told me that they weren't going to be able to make it out so that I could try to get someone else out so my kids have a warm house in the morning when they get up for school. So now it's 10:30 at night and I'm trying to get someone else to my house to get my heat back. Smh shame on you guys. It's just terrible service.

We've used McAllister for all of our plumbing/heating needs for the past 10 years and have had mostly good experiences. However, recently we have had some bad experiences that have caused us to decide to take our business elsewhere. About a year ago one of their plumbers was here and forgot to shut off a valve and flooded our bathroom. He then left without even offering to help clean up the huge mess he made. McAllister reimbursed me for the inconvenience but the incompetence of the plumber was concerning. Then, recently we had them out again to fix a leaky shower head. The plumber told us he needed to come back because he didn't bring the right tools. What he failed to mention was that he also broke the shower rendering it unusable which we had to discover ourselves the following morning. To make matters worse, Amy at the office then proceeded to argue with me about whether or not the shower was already broken, they wanted to charge additional fees to come back out to fix the problem they created, etc... Overall terrible experience. Will be looking for a new plumbing company.

Reimer does great plumbing work! Last week Adam and Aaron came out to do a great job with installing a new washer/tub sump, and today Mike D. installed the new line for the basement sump. It was a challenging job, but he created a fantastic solution. Well done Reimer. You are my go to company for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs. I highly recommend Reimer.
