I contacted Mr Sal Alaimo to give me an estimate on a particular service, but we opted to replace my water heater. Sal is VERY professional, very informative, and explains things in detail. The day before I saw another issue, I sent pictures and Sal explained what was happening and offered to repair my toilet as well, for a small additional fee. Sal arrived on time, with all his equipment, repaired toilet and installed my new water heater. I am EXTREMELY pleased with his work. Before leaving he even checked on my Mom, I thought that was nice. I will be contacting Mr Sal for all/any of my plumbing/ heating needs.

Very courtesy and professional when calling in to book an appointment. Furnace repairman showed up on time and completed work in timely manner. Final bill was on par with estimate. Will be doing business again.

on January, 2018, I called Musso for water leaking. The technician cut off a short pipe and we have installed an 1/2 inch hose bib. The fee was $442.61 including taxes. On June,2018, there was a leaking around the hose bib where the technician did the service on January, 2018, not to far away from the hose bib, it was about less than 1/2 of the toothpick from the hose bib. So I called the Musso to come and checking it up, because I have one year warranty, but the technician confirmed that the leaking today was not the place where he did the service on January,2018, and his company charged me $90.26 including taxes for what they called, diagnostic charge. I was like if $90.26 would make the Musso going further, go ahead and take my $90.26. The technician was friendly, but The Musso has been thirsty, they wanted your money. There is no customer services. My advise is thinking carefully before you call Musso.

We have an older water boiler furnace for the house that didn't work at this time due to the storm. Your company rep came to our house, checked everything out and gave us a very reasonable explanation with a very affordable price. He was able to do the work immediately and now our house is warm again. I called cheektowaga plumbing after hours for a sewer back up. The technician came out within the hour and was able to get me back up and running. Great company this was a sunday afternoon so it helped out with being ready for school and work in the morning!!

Satisfied with their techs. I’ve had Demetri 2-3 times. He diagnosed a leak in furnace last time and was frustrated he couldn’t fix it. Bothered him enough that he put it on group chat to discuss. That’s an employee I would want in my business. Just had Merek over for maintenance. Good tech. Zenner and Ritter may not be the cheapest but really like their service.Had to replace leaking furnace. Secondary heat exchanger rotted.Sean and Easton did an excellent job today. These modern furnaces and thermostats are not easy to install. Everything working good so far.Had Dave and Joel for tankless water heater. Looks good. Pleased with the installation. The Navien A2 has 3 modes for internal recirculation. Not just the default constantly on which turns the tank on every 2 minutes. It's quiet but can still hear it. Was annoying. Trying intelligent mode now. It learns when you use it.

I had to have a new hot water tank installed . Called franks, had it installed within 24 hrs.The tech who installed it Nate, was friendly, professional, and cleaned up after himself which alot of people dont do. I am planning on using franks again for further work. Highly recommend.

Our technician Tom M. Was very knowledgeable. He explained everything very well and told us all our options and quoted prices. He also never pressured me into doing something I didn’t want to do. He fixed our furnace and now it runs very well. It’s much quieter and the house is very warm. He was friendly and easy to talk too. I am very happy with our experience with Roy’s and will use them again in the future if need be
