Excellent workmanship, professional and very pleasant.

They did window frame repair and cut beveled glass for me - things that the big shops said were impossible. These guys did every small thing to help out and for a fantastic price.
Though, item selection is a bit small.

I went in and spoke with a younger guy behind the counter. I showed him my 1980s mixing valve shower issue and he helped me pick out all the right parts to get my shower back up and running. I would absolutely go back there again in a heartbeat.

I needed a plumber to install a new water heater on my house in Buffalo NY and these guys did a great job. A++++

We can't say enough about Carino Plumbing- they really are the best!

They replaced my tagaki tankless hot water tank.. they installed my first one and did such a great job I would not call any one else. Everyone I talked to explained everything and answered any questions I had. Great company to work with.

These guys came out at 10pm on a saturday night when it was 14 degrees outside to run a water jetter through my pipes to clear the sewer line. (They didnt charge an emeegency fee like the others did either.)
When the job was finished they ran an HD camera through the pipes to show me what i had paid for; sparkly newly cleaned pipes!

I’m a widow who needed a hot water tank ASAP. Where did I start? I called Zenner and Ritter and Kathleen was so helpful. Her knowledge of the product and what I needed was amazing. She made the process so easy. A.F. was my tech. He was so friendly and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me. He is such a pleasant young man. I highly recommend Zenner and Ritter and will hire them in the future if needed.

We swapped out a part in our shower and when turning the water back on, there was a leak at the supply line by the meter. Panic!

Called Kevin's and he came right out (within the hour, which was great). Friendly and professional.

Showed him the issue and he said he could take care of it.
He returned from the truck with what he needed and we were repaired in less than 5 minutes. Very happy with the result - prompt service and no leak.

I could not be more pleased with the response and service from the Frank's Mr. Plumber team. The sewer line collapsed on a Wednesday and they were here the same day to assess and stop the damage. The entire thing was repaired by Friday. They were professional and timely and couldn't have been nicer. For all the work they did, they were reasonable as well.
